I have been working with Kyle and Precision Collision for over 20 years. The most recent work they did for me was this past week to replace the front bumper on my 2009 Chevy Suburban. They do excellent work. They are fast, efficient, and very fairly priced. I used to live close by the shop, but moved about 10 years ago. I travel pretty far to have Kyle do the work because if I go around where I live, which is in the Huntington area, the price would be 40% to 50% more. I know that for a fact because I've brought cars in for local quotes and then just brought it to Kyle to get fixed. Kyle's office provides a written quote in advance that they explain and then they do what they say they are going to do, with no surprises. I went to Precision Collision by accident.
Ok silly joke. But I will continue to use them for now on whenever I need any body work done. Precision Collision is the best around. From start to finish I had a great experience with them. Not only does Kyle do excellent work, but the customer service is polite and helpful. They set up my rental for them to pick me up when I came to drop off my car, spoke with the insurance company, and answered any questions I had. I’ll never go to another body shop! Normally things like this can be a headache to deal with but I couldn’t have felt more comfortable and at ease than I did bringing my car here.

Don't think the large pretty shop is the place to go. They often represent the insurance company and not you. Kyle uses factory parts to ensure a quality repair.
