Initial review: Beginners class isnt even a class. Just show and tell on how the machine works. Class started 15 mins late and ended on time. Got a tour instead of a workout. Waste of time and money. Instructor also had a bad attitude and was passive aggressive.

The owner of the studio reached out to me the day after I left my inital bad review and explained how they are new to Classpass & how they didnt properly explain exactly what the intro class was and offered me a free class. I took it today with Michelle and it was absolutely amazing. Michelle is extremely patient, talented, kind and everything you could want from a pilates instructor. Thank you Enrique!

Love it here! I’ve been coming for a month and just decided to become a member. Everything is great. Positive vibe, great music, clean facilities and great classes with instructors who know what they are doing. Really can’t ask for more! Grateful for a gym that has supported me through thick and thin. A wonderful gym all around.

Wow! Guillermo really knows his stuff and shares what he knows in such an incredibly simple and relatable way. I was referred to Guillermo by a friend of mine and I see why now. It is a long drive for me, and so worth it - I haven't felt this good in months. Highly recommend, would give him 10 stars if I could.

I Strongly recommend the Rehab Lab. They are wonderful at what they do and provide great results. Everyone at the lab make you feel welcomed and important. Guillermo has help me go beyond my pain and my fears to keep on progressing and regaining strenght and mobility that I thought I lost for good.

Been coming to this place since they opened in 2015. This is my 2nd home everyone is like family to me here. I have not looked back at any normal gym since sensory and honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way. From the front desk to the trainers they treat you like family. Thank you for having me since 2015 love you all

Amazing! So great that I sometimes go three times a day! It’s mediation, relaxation, core work and amazing stretching! The place is always clean and staff is just awesome! The instructors are all so great and I was very happy to sign up after my Groupon was over!! So worth it!!!!!

This place is the real deal! I have been coming here for 2 months and have never felt better. Guillermo and Mike are the best around. The attention they provide during my sessions are amazing and refreshing. By far the best experience I have ever had at a rehab facility. I highly recommend Rehab Lab.

Great studio no complicated fees very upfront in costs and great instructors. They offer private physical therapy needs which I HIGHLY recommend. Very knowledgeable and professional instructors, such a great feel studio. No judgement environment, love that members are of ALL ages and fitness levels, shapes/sizes... it truly is a place to grow your mind and body -without the worry of anything else but YOU!

Sensory is a great place to work out and actually get results take it from someone has been working out for years without realizing gains in sight. After joining Sensory my fitness journey has advanced by leaps and bounds highly recommend this studio for both HIIT and pilates

Rehab Lab is amazing! I looked for and researched multiple physical therapy businesses in the area and there is no one that integrates multiple modalities the way Rehab Lab does. Guillermo and Mike are excellent!
I had horrific radiculopathy around the holidays this past year. Found out I have scoliosis, multiple level disc disease as well as spinal stenosis in my lumbar spine that’s causing nerve impingement. I am a nurse practitioner so I am very critical about anyone messing with my spine. Honestly… Rehab Lab is keeping me from having to have major spine surgery at this point. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
