Krystle Alexander got my home rented within a month! She helped with prepping the home, performed showings and screenings, reviewed potential tenants and consulted on selecting the right one. She performed a thorough pre-move in inspection video and has communicated with the tenant through us to resolve small issues. Looking forward to a continued relationship.

The service from start to where we are now is outstanding. We came across Renters Warehouse a few months ago after having so many issues with our previous property manager.
Renters warehouse definitely takes a personalized approach to getting landlords up to speed as well as finding a tenant. The screening process was the most reassuring thing we found and want to highlight since they take this to heart and definitely want to find a decent tenant for your property. We worked with Jenise and Arvis and they were there for us all the time and found us a wonderful tenant who’s renting for two years. Also, the process after the onboarding has been smooth, I literally don’t have to reach out to them for anything, the payments are on time (as long as tenant pays on time) and they even conducted the 3 month inspection and sent it promptly. Thanks for the help Jenise and Arvis, we do enjoy working with you all.

Jenise Flye and Arvis Sullivan, the two agents I worked with, were superb in the execution of their jobs from start to finish! They were patient in responding to questions and thorough in their explanations. In every way they were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. It was a pleasure to work with them!

I particularly liked the strict vetting process used by Renters Warehouse and the team of experts organized to screen potential tenants. It appeared that all aspects of renting, including managing and evicting, were professionally and contractually addressed. With all parties understanding their obligations and responsibilities, it became a comforting experience to undergo. At lease's end, I suspect my review will remain unwaivered.

One recommendation I would make for Renters Warehouse is that visits be made to the property quarterly rather than annually.
