UPDATE: Well, I won my case!!! And as you seen it was a Rollercoaster 🎢 of a time. But finally I was placed with the right person Brooke Michiels. She's GREAT 👍. I'd say about solid 9.5 as an attorney. And a 10 as a person. She was the best to work with. In this process I seen some flaws within myself. I had no patience for the bigger picture!!! Anyway it's not about me it's about this firm. And as it took the right match for me. I found it in Brooke. And it was awesome 👌 👏. I definitely recommend this firm. Everyone is very nice. They know what their doing and if they don't. You will get your answers. My case manager is Monica. Super nice, easy to talk to and I feel comfortable with her.
Here's my only issue. It's take a bit to get a call back. And for me that's a negative. Communication is 1000% important. And Yes, even if we are still waiting for a reply from S.S. I would like a 15 second conversation telling me where we are. It doesn't hurt. I'm more than just a case, number or even a paycheck.

Handled everything for me. Kept me in the loop. I already recommended to friends. They made the process a lot easier than doing it myself. They got the job done and the first time. Noone ever hung up on me. Since it was my case, I made sure to know and understand what was going on. I made the effort, not wait for someone to call me. I would email questions and receive quick responses. I don't know what "intake" is at a law office. I do know that Lawyers are very busy and handle more than 1 person at a time. If you want to know what's going on, ask questions. Don't fool yourself into thinking that they only handle you and therefore only you matter. The world doesn't revolve around you. Get more involved, it's your case!! Stop complaining!! Who cares where they are located. My first disability case manager was located in California and they denied me.
