We typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service we received from our Realtor Roger Pettingell calls for an exception. Roger and his assistants put us first when it came to helping us secure a home, especially in this market. What we mean is that we were not just a “number” to him, he genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize himself with what we were comfortable with when purchasing a home. Roger was always professional, patient with our questions, and knew when to be aggressive in order to get us under contract! An added bonus is that he has great assistants. Stephanie got us through the closing procedure effortlessly, which we thought was impossible. She was always available even at 11:00 at night.

If you want an unbelievable experience, Roger is the only one to call.
