Appointment and quote was simple and complete.
Service guys were polite and thorough. They explained what they did and what they found. They're also the first of 3 companies I've used that checked my lift station for sludge after the aerator, which I really appreciated.
My only issue was I left work early for what was supposed to be a late morning appointment, though it wasn't guaranteed. It turned into an afternoon service and I could have worked a whole day. I did receive several of what was probably a standard text, stating the appointment, but no information that the service was running late until they called and said they were on their way. If I had something important going on, I probably wouldn't be leaving 5 stars. However I'm satisfied with the service and will use again.

We had a sheer in our drain to the septic tank, that is, a misaligned pipe. Water would back up through the whole house. Justin came out and gave us a quote on a Tuesday and by Thursday afternoon it was 100% corrected. The price was exactly as quoted even though they ran into some unexpected details. I've used Tidy Tank before and I will again. Thank you Justin, Ryan, Mike and Leo for a great job with no issues. That's the way work should be done!

Very fast in responding to request, but rushed me into a schedule time that was not convenient for me. I had a dentist appointment at11:00 AM and they promised to be at my home by 7:30. They showed up at 9:45 AM. Beside getting up at 6:30 AM and having them arrive late, I was unable to check the pump in my lift station before I left for my appointment. So, it cost an additional $199 to have my lift station pumped out. If I didn't have and appointment, I would have by-passed the faulty float switch for the pump and pumped the lift station out myself and saved the $199 that they charged me.
On the good side, the crew knew what to do and when I returned from my appointment the tanks were pumped out. I replaced the float switch myself and everthing is working great.
