I am very pleased with the service we received from advance appliance as we have always been on the other occasions we have used Advance. I am however very disappointed with the company that the parts were ordered from , who told Advance appliance that they misdiagnosed the problem and consequently sent the wrong part, resulting in my wife and I going several more days without hot water.

i want to say how grateful
i am to have stumbled into R Q automotive after horrible treatment and many frustrating auto repairs from very well known auto repair companies which i always thought was better because of big warranties., after thousands of dollars and horror stories and do overs i found this certified , highly educated , skilled and experianced mechanic and his wonderful staff! they have saved my car many times from becoming unusable. and extending the life of my vehicle which has saved me a fortune of money that i did not have , from reliable tires to full engine replacement. I HAVE NEVER USED THEIR WARRANTY as the repair is always done as it should be ! correct and on time which saves money on a rental. i cannot say enough great things about his attending mechanics either as they are also top of the line and the owner oversees all their work. when you go you cannot be treated more kindly or with better service . same day service also available if u need it. the owner employs some of his family and they always take very good care of u also , from the reception to the payment as if you are their family member too! he , his business and his family go above and beyond ALWAYS ! a great feeling that i could not find in 30 yrs ! i want to thank them and hope you all will use their services and recomend them to anyone you know as i do! you will be extremely satisfied and happy to know you now are driving a RELIABLE vehicle which is SAFE for you. R Q AUTOMOTIVE also helps with a no credit check finance program if you need it . thankyou to him and the great personal service they all provide !

😂 we my husband and myself had never been in s place like this. I have learned to listen to other people's reviews. We bring our 21 years old Honda civic for a checkout on a noise. Other automotive were charging us for a new part plus labor.... It ended not needing any new parts just removed and old piece of metal rattling under. Plus the attention. Amability from all the personal the front Rosalina the manager y la Argentina bella. POJJJOOOO! Ademas de Mr. Virgilio. Nelson. Ricardo and all the others that don't remember their names. I just looking forto go back there in two weeks to finish some extra work. We joked about bringing my car in and transformed into a CAMARO when came out. And because of destiny or l don't even know When my car comes out here comes a young guy driving a CAMARO and park his car beside my.... . I told them well ... here is my CAMARO . Everyone was lauging. Also they congratulated me for my upcoming birthday and surprise me with a gift and refreshments. No one can compete with this automotive. They show you pictures of the damage and how they're going to fixed plus the cost made you HAPPY.
SO.. DON'T THINK TWICE AND BRING YOUR CAR TO THE BEST PLACE EVER.
