Facing a dead furnace the day before a cold snap is never ideal. Called Seel based on a referral, Dan, the owner, contacted me directly, went through the various options because it's an older property. Next I heard from him was a text at 9 PM showing the new installation and a note about how they had to make a couple modifications to accommodate changing the filter.

Talking to him the next morning he said "yes it was late but with the cold coming we wanted to get it done"
I have used a number of trades services over the years, far and away one of the best experiences I have had.

We had Luigi clean our ducts and furnace today and he was awesome. Very polite, courteous, and professional. The price was very competitive and I will certainly call them next year for this service.

I got my carpet and furnace done from Seal Carpet and Furnace cleaning. They gave me a discount to do two services. The phone and home service was excellent. Both appointments was professional, ran smoothly, on time, friendly.

However, I would suggest to re-think the chemicals and just do 'Chemical Free', as this was really hard on my animals. It made my small dog sick and killed my cat. :(

I had them spray the furnace ducts to kill bacteria, mold and dust mites and I had them spray the high traffic area on the carpets to get rid of the dirt. I'm sure that these had chemicals in it which resulted in my pet's death, my dog vomiting and my Mom's (75yrs.) having a headache. Chemicals are poison, so this if hard on animals, kids and the elderly...Please learn from my cost mistake, so you don't do what I did.

Even though I put my animals outside after the furnace treatment and kept the windows open after the carpets were cleaned, it was way too much for my frail 18 year old cat. I didn't know it at the time, but cats have very sensitive nervous systems and these chemicals had devastating affects. I hold myself responsible for her death and will never do chemicals again! I wished I would have also washed her paws off earlier, than I did. As she probably licked them to get the chemicals off and it poisoned her.
The two services, that were done, back to back, probably didn't help either. I don't hold the company responsible, as they did tell me to keep the windows open after both services. I would have never had the chemical treatment on the rugs done, if I knew this would be hard on my animals and my family members.

Jorge took the time to explain the product and system used and also ensured that my electronics, etc were protected during the clean.

He took a lot of pride in the service, did not rush and made sure that once completed that I was happy with the carpet and furniture cleaning.

Technician was friendly & efficient and did a good job in cleaning our carpets however, we think the carpets were left too wet. The Technician said they would take 5 - 6 hours to dry, but they were still damp 11 hours later.
