Daniel and his crew were amazing. They showed up on time , throughly explained what they were doing and the entire process. They gave us next steps and what to expect. They were polite and very friendly. They took great care of us and I would highly recommend them !

Outstanding work! Daniel and his team were 5 star! They were professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Daniel was able to answer all my questions and make my husband and I feel comfortable with all the work completed. They treated our home as if it was their own. Chuck was knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process as well. Would 100% use them again with something this unfortunate.

Servpro did a great job taking care of water damage to our home. They were quick, professional and courtesy. They worked well with insurance to make certain coverage was provided for loss. Chuck spear headed everything. I would use again.

I want to extend sincere thanks to Bob,Bill,Barb and the entire staff at Servpro for all the restoration work on my home after a fire in 2022. The entire crew did outstanding work in totally redoing my home from scratch. They did excellent work in installing the dry wall, the roof and all the electric and plumbing work plus installing my appliances etc.. The house is now picture perfect. Hats off to all you guys !!!!

We just purchased a used 2021 Chevy Tahoe High Country and wanted to keep it looking new for a long time. After seeing all the amazing reviews and posts from Trey with Elite Auto I just knew we had to take it there. They did not disappoint!! They performed a ceremony coating along with the Aegis corrosion protection. When I picked it up I couldn’t believe the shine! Not just that but we also had the 2 front windows tinted and they look like they came from the factory. It matched perfectly and looked amazing. It’s so nice knowing the underside is protected without that ugly black that “other” places put on. What I liked the most was that they took their time to make sure it was done right and correct. I highly recommend Elite Auto Care for you vehicle no matter what year it is! It’s peace of mind knowing the protection it gives. Thank you Trey and team!

During a loss, servpro was quick and responsive to get out and help mitigate the damage. They helped handle the conversations with insurance, and overall did a great job. I would recommend this business.

Oil damage cleanup & repair. My brand new suitcase was damaged and left covered with oil stains from the airport baggage conveyor belt on my first time using it. Servpro was able to get all of the stains out and have it looking brand new again! Thank you.

We had a storm damage back in July, I had a hard time getting work done and getting an estimate I contacted state farm and it was recommended me to contact servpro, Joe the estimator came right out and gave me a very reasonable quote in no time he sent his team out I am so satisfied with their professionalism and concern. Their work is exceptional they made a unpleasant situation very easy easy they listened and responded to my needs. I strongly recommend them to take care of all your roofing needs.

Our lives have been a little too crazy lately and one of the things that happened, that I know it can be fixed and is minimal compared to others we are going through, it’s that our daughter’s closet and our hall from my son’s bedroom and bathroom got flooded due to a pipe that was not connected correctly by the company that came and did our regular plumbing inspection (that I will NOT badmouth even though it’s been 2 times in 3 years and lots of headaches).

I just want to THANK to the other party that did a GREAT job in this not so fun situation and help us. They are Servpro of Columbus and Jackson and Jennings Counties.

1) Thank you Kim Furuyama for being our first contact and for the immediate response and help even though you were on a trip. Also for following up with me to see how things were going.
2) Thank you Erick for being the 2nd person contacting us and making sure the crew got here and did their job to dry the different places.
3) Thank you Aaron and crew for your professionalism, being courteous and knowledgeable.

My condominium complex hired Servpro to clean our outside dryer vents. During the cleaning process there was a disconnection between the dryer hose and the metal dryer pipe that led to the outside vent that was being cleaned. Once the problem wad discovered, my conversations with Servpro began. From talking to the office to dealing with Aaron the supervisor in charge of the initial cleaning, things happened quickly. Although it was necessary to cut through a ceiling in my bathroom to fix the disconnection, they did so within a couple of days of the mishap and finished the project flawlessly. Aaron was so nice and so easy to deal with. Bill, who actually did the repair went above and beyond to repair the disconnection as well as repair the ceiling and paint. His work was flawless. Thank you Servpro for addressing the problem and fixing it to perfection!

Communication was top notch with everyone I spoke to at SERVPRO. It took a good while to get all of the insurance things in order but SERVPRO was fast with getting their steps completed. They even showed up before the insurance adjuster which is impressive in my book! Will definitely use again if the situation arises.

I was so stressed about the water clean up and myself having to move everything around so it could be done. Rene & Alissa did a great job! They took care of everything. Especially considering I am 5 months post op from surgery. They are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything I was stressed about. I highly suggest if you need anything that they specialize in, just give them a call! And they came out within 2 days. I’m so relieved.

ServPro was amazing. They turned my basement flooding catastrophe into a tolerable experience. They were professional and kept us well informed. They arrived on a Friday night in about 1 hour and 15 minutes and got right to work. They were here 5 full days! Their courteous, knowledgeable staff was excellent. I wouldn’t wish a soggy basement on anyone but if it happens, call ServPro!!!

We had water damage to ceiling and wood floors. They did a great job of removing the furniture, repairing and painting the ceiling, and sanding, staining and finishing the floors. Not planning on any more disasters, but I would use them first if I needed to.
