Fantastic gym. When I signed up, Ms PRAB helped with everything, she was fantastic to work with. She explained everything clearly and helped me get set up! I would recommend seeing Ms PRAB at the front desk if you need help or to sign up! Made this decision very easy!

Mandy at Shapes Fitness is absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always has such a pleasant, positive energy that makes the gym a great place to be.
I especially really enjoy the yoga classes there—the atmosphere is always spot on. She also does an amazing job running the gym during the day, keeping everything organized, clean, and welcoming. Whether she’s sharing her expertise or assisting members, she is really good at everything she does. If you’re there during the day, you’re in great hands!

Fantastic litttle gym with a great vibe. First impressions, Mandeep at reception assists with a friendly and welcoming smile, the classes are excellent along with all the instructors. The facility is kept clean and the parking space is more than sufficient.

I’ve been going to this Shapes location since summer 2024 and absolutely love it! I have a 6 year old and a 3 month old and the childcare is reliable and both my children are happy when I pick them up. If childcare gets cancelled the gym is very quick to contact me before my usual workout time to let me know. Melissa at the front desk has become a great friend, always greets everyone with a smile and is quick to help whenever there are issues at the gym. My only complaint is that I wish they would replace the bulbs in the tanning bed as they don’t seem like they’ve been done in a while but other than that I love it here!

It worked well for what I needed at the time, which was access to the treadmill, and I had toured the space while I was there to see if it met my needs.

I do have a few suggestions that could improve the studio. As a fitness-focused facility, replacing the tanning booth with a dry or infrared sauna would be a healthier and more appealing option. The space could also benefit from some updates like refreshed flooring and paint to make it feel brighter and more inviting.

Expanding the dumbbell selection beyond 30 lbs would also be great. In a women’s-only studio, having weights capped at 30 lbs can feel limiting and doesn’t reflect the strength of many members. A few additional pieces of equipment, such as more benches in the weight area, would also enhance the workout experience.

The most integral part of the experience was the superb customer service by Prabhjot. The facility meets all my needs, a little more space for work on mats would be great, or for walking lunges (when there’s a class on) may be ideal.. but otherwise a nice, well organized facility.

This gym has a has good variety of exercise options and equipment for all levels. There are more than adequate free weights, machines and cardio equipment, and a fair bit of space for everyone. There is also good space available to do stretching in the exercise class room (when there is no class being held). The person who helped me, Mandy, was courteous and friendly.
