House hunting at anytime can be stressful. But add in a sellers market and a pandemic and multiple out-bids - stress levels could become on high. However, it wasn't so much so with Shayna.

Shayna was patient and not over-bearing. She learned what I wanted (and didn't want) with each house we saw. Also, as a first time home buyer, she guided me through all the nuances (e.g., HOA, PMI, etc.), price negotiations, neighborhood investigations, and so much more. Most importantly, she always had my back and my best interest. She also has loads of hands-on knowledge and contacts regarding home management and upgrades and more.

I would recommend Shayna again and again and again!
