The process to register an appointment is super easy, esp after they upgraded their website. The virtual meeting setup is easy, just open your browser! Provider (Dr. Pan) is extremely caring! I feel connected with my Dr and feel great about the care I receive. Customer support is also friendly and easy to get a hold of (via email). Highly recommend!
