Shane came out to work on my dryer that we have neglected over the past 4 years. What impressed me the most was that Shane did everything he could to fix the dryer, but it was too far gone, and he refused to take any more money than the initial service call. Not every problem can be solved, but if it can, Shane will figure it out. He worked at least 4 hours on my dryer before we agreed that it was not worth saving. Stand up guy!
