This review is specifically regarding my experience with Kari for laser hair removal. I’m fairly sure that all of my appointments have been with a different staff member and this last time I went, Kari was my technician. I felt SO comfortable with her. She was super thorough and careful, I didn’t feel rushed... She was very kind. I had hoped I could book with her again, but when I went to schedule over the phone the I was told Kari was a temp month replacement…whaaat? That was very unusual because she (Kari) mentioned to me she’d be there for my next appointment. I had looked forward to it and even went home telling my partner how great of an experience I had. After reading these other reviews too, I hope Spa Tru will bring back Kari! You’ve lost a great employee if not. I’m hopeful someone will let me know where she went to!

I had cool sculpting done on very stubborn areas that I have suffered with for many years. And I’m happy to say it was well worth it. I no longer have those areas to worry about. I love it and will be back.
