As an out of state investor, I needed an agent who was experienced, honest, and able to text, facetime, and send me video walkthroughs of the properties I was interested in. I interviewed and talked to more than 10 agents from the area and I was most impressed with Carmen Calvillo.
She responded very quickly to texts and emails, which was one of the things I appreciated the most. She was able to quickly provide me sale and rental comps, as well as video walkthroughs of all the properties with her own analysis and feedback on the neighborhoods. Every time a new listing that matched my criteria popped up, she was able to jump on it and go see the home with quick turnaround time. We facetimed during the inspection period and I was able to work with her trusted vendors to determine the condition of the homes. I was able to complete the entire transaction without ever setting foot in Tucson and overall was a quick and easy process.

Carmen Calvillo was simply amazing! She really helped us through the whole process of selling our home and made it very easy from start to finish.
