Pat is a trainer who truly understands the needs of older women. Her program has been the perfect answer to put me on a path of lifelong healthy practices. Her daily encouragement has motivated me to stick with daily workouts and wholesome eating. In just three short months my bloodwork, energy, strength and waistline has improved. Her workouts are doable and have already begun to change my body. I plan on continuing with the program Pat has expertly designed. Give it a try! Put your health first! I am so glad I did!

Pat is amazing! I found on her in the comment section of instagram lol, true story and the rest is history! She became my nutritionist for four months and the amount of information I learned was life changing. It wasn’t just about food and exercise but all aspects of our total wellness. I made great strides with her help, lost a ton of inches and have a relationship between myself and food. I would highly recommend Pat for your health and wellness goals. I loved her app and how accessible she was! 5 out of 5! ⭐️

I had a very positive experience with StrongHer Personal Training. Ms. Greaves is a great coach. She explained everything clearly and I felt no judgement. Personal attention was given to all the women in the group and various topics were discussed, such as nutrition, recipes, types of exercises and the reason for the exercises. I lost 11 lbs as well as inches and gained more energy and strength.
