Dr Chouteau and all of her PA’s treat you with compassion and a friendly ear to talk to. I want to recognize and commend the nurse manager, Olga, for her outstanding contributions to the office.
I had a few concerns that I expressed to an office employee. The employee immediately brought Olga into my exam room. She intently and carefully listened to my concerns without interruption then repeated my concerns to ensure she understood.
She apologized for any inconvenience I may have experienced and began addressing my concerns one by one. She told me she appreciated my willingness to bring these items to her attention. She then explained how she was going to rectify the issues and was going to employ revised strategies immediately to enhance the patient experience.
I so do appreciate her attentiveness and assurance of follow-through.
All of the staff have been kind and helpful and have shown their attentiveness by calling after my procedures to determine if I have any needs or concerns and to perform a post-procedure assessment related to any pain or discomfort and to provide additional instructions.
Communication is the most vital tool to the patient and I am confident that I will receive the necessary information I need for my on-going care.

I recommend anyone go to the Texas pain position in mesquite and my doctor name is Dr. Dalyahi. I have had several injections, RFAs, and most recently a SI joint fusion. Very minimal pain post surgery. I am feeling so much better and enjoying an more active life. Met with Dr. Alex Golden (she) yesterday. A little chaotic as the team had just moved into the new office space, not sure if it was 100% of the team, but Dr. Golden was there. Nice space.
Team very friendly and courteous as I watched the patient interaction (even one guy that asked the same questioni 3x, always a friendly response).

I have really enjoyed the staff over the time being a patient with Texas Pain Physicians. I have restless leg syndrome and they have really helped in order to manage the pain. I do still have pain from rls though. So it’s not managed completely. However, I still recommend Texas Pain Physicians to anyone that has pain they cannot manage. The staff is great and will make you laugh. And the recommendations and opinions on how to deal with your pain is so greatly valued.

I have been seeing Dr Irfan for over a year now after my previous pain management doctor retired. Dr Irfan has continued his education keeping him up to date on the latest developments in non invasive procedures as well as using opioids as the last option.
He also stays current with the REMS federal compliance program that establishes a relationship between the patient, pharmacy, physician and the REMS team. As a patient I have found this program to be extremely efficient as long as all the parties stay current with the REMS requirements.
Patients need to understand that the program has been put in place for the protection of all involved. It prevents patients from seeing multiple doctors for narcotics or going to various emergency departments seeking early refills or doctor shopping. Dr. Irfan and the staff go over the office policies and as long as you comply with the policies your not going to have a problem.
This process also helps the patient find comfort that the doctor they're seeing is in good standing with the medical board, is a pain medicine specialist or has met the requirements for the REMS program.
I find Dr Irfan listens to my current pain condition and makes the best decision while managing my pain and changes the medication/treatment(s) as needed.
I have nothing but awesome things to say about his clinic staff while he is seeing patients in the Grapevine Office. He sees patients at different offices throughout the metroplex during the week.
The Corp Office is a whole different issue. I am in hopes that the issues with the Corp staff get better.

If you are looking for true pain relief look no further. I have had several pain management doctors and this is the first one to ever sit down and listen to me. Rather than throw a bunch of pills at me and walk away he offered me a solution to end the majority of my pain. None of my previous doctors had done this. This doctor however, does not mess around when it comes to pain meds. You must follow the rules. Dr Karen is also super nice. She listens to your questions and concerns and then works to find a solution. This is the absolute best pain management office I have ever used.
