Brandi of The Agency, has been the most responsive representative I've ever worked with. She is patient and really takes her time explaining options to her clients. She actually will spend a lot of time discussing different plans before you even become a client. This aspect was extremely important to my husband and I because we did not want to feel pressured. We wanted to have a thorough knowledge base to make an informed decision. Brandi took her time and gave us comparisons of our old plans as well as taught us about options that have typically only been available to wealthy people. Brandi has a passion for making sure communities of color are able to understand what it means to have generational wealth. We had some understanding, but whatever questions we asked, Brandi always answered. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

First and foremost Brandi has the sweetest spirit ever! I immediately felt comfortable discussing our needs with her. My husband felt the same and trust me he is a hard nut to crack! Brandi is patient, observant, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about people's future. She wants everyone to experience the freedom that comes with living debt free and creating a better future for yourself and your family. She will educate you and change your mindset about debt. I've worked in the banking industry for 20 plus years and thought I knew everything but in reality I knew nothing and Brandi's insight about insurance and creating a family bank is exactly what my family needed. I look forward to accomplishing our goals with The Agency at National Harbor and getting to a point where we can live our lives instead of just simply existing.
