Jackie was amazing as always and made me feel very comfortable at the salon! She also asked me exactly what I wanted for my haircut and asked questions about length and style through every step of the way which I appreciated. I didn't want too much off in terms of length and she respected my wishes. I also had a wedding to go to and got sooo many compliments thanks to her! I loved my haircut!

I come to The Concept salon for my keratin treatment twice a year. I have thick frizzy curly hair and I find it hard to find someone who knows how to deal with it. Desiree always does a perfect job and gets my roots just the way I like them. If you have similar hair texture, I highly recommend her !
