I don’t know that there is anyone who hates to exercise as much as I do, or rather, I did. Discovering The Exercise Coach is changing my life. It’s as advertised -20 minutes, 2 times per week. Their system is effective and efficient. The staff is knowledgeable, encouraging and works with you for your entire session. It’s not intimidating like a gym. Can’t give them enough stars. I just returned from a weeks vacation and was excited to get my workout in today. I actually missed my workouts while I was gone!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality

WOW! This place is AWESOME! Their technology is on a whole other level! The workout machines are computerized, testing your strength and continually pushing you to do better with each workout. All of the workouts are guided by a professional Personal Trainer. It's affordable and worth it. It's amazing to see results with just two 20 minute workouts each week! I Totally recommend this place!

I have been very pleased with the Exercise Coach Northville. I have been trying to strengthen my arms and improve my balance for quite awhile. At 82 years old I thought it was impossible. I am happy to say that I believe The Exercise Coach is the answer. Importantly, the use of cheerful positive reinforcement by the trainer is very uplifting.

All the coaches are knowledgeable, and work to personalize your experience. You work one on one with a coach and all equipment is sanitized before and after you use it. There is never more than one other client in the studio while you are working out so social distancing is not an issue. I feel very safe and confident working out at Exercise Coach. I highly recommend it for anyone that wants a personal workout that doesn’t take up a lot of your time.

the reason why I would recommend The Exercise Coach is because IT IS THE ANSWER to getting back into shape with a coach, not on display with a 100 other people, over lunch hour, guidance for those who are recovering from an injury, no pressure and the state of the art equipment!!
