Alicia may just be the very best customer service ever! She patiently explained the difference between tempered glass versus other options. She gave me multiple quotes and never rushed me to make a decision. She was friendly and personable in every email and phone call.

The service team was equally responsive, respectful and talented! Jacyke, Christian, and Edison were on time, personable, and talented. They brought the hardware we thought was needed to fix my shower door but when they found only the silicone and sweeps were needed, they took the hardware back and saved me the $160! They could have just replaced the hinges and charged me - I’d never have known - but that’s not what this company is about.

The technicians from Glass Guru were OUTSTANDING. I had a problem with my sliding glass door and they came immediately.
Very pleasant, knowledgeable and fast!

Ver professional and honest. Had a quote from another company over $12,000 to replace all windows. Jake from Glass Guru came to provide an estimate and advised me except for one window . The rest were in perfect condition . He repaired a couple of thing. The bill came up under $1,000. I would refer to all people I know

We had quite of few glass sections of our windows replaced by Glass Guru. They did a great job installing them. The company is run professionally and are very accommodating. I recommend them to anyone who has windows that are hazy due to argon gas leakage.

Very professional! We had a large commercial window that needed to be replaced in our office building. We received an estimate right on the spot and the work was scheduled when it worked best for us. They took care of removing the old window, removing a lot of moldy wood around the previous window, rebuilding around it and installing the new energy efficient commercial window. They cleaned up very well after the installation. It was as if they were never there except we have a new commercial window. Highly recommend The Glass Guru!

The entire process to replace my window's broken vacuum sealed window pane was easy. Glass Guru uses email, and so I sent photos of the damage. With that it was easy to set up the free measurement and estimate appointment.

Once I placed the order (had to pay in advance since order was just less than $500/-), Glass Guru's Alicia set up the appointment to install the new glass pain, are removing the cracked one.

Jacek, the installer from Glass Guru arrived as scheduled, and was very professional. Without any need for us to baby-sit him, he removed the broken pane, installed the new pane, cleaned up all the shards in and outside of our home. Very happy with Glass Guru's efficient service. Will use them for my future needs.

Needed a window screen replaced. Excellent customer service from the time I called to see if they replaced screens to pick up! I wasn’t sure how long it would taken given that we are in the middle of a pandemic but I had my screen back in less than four hours, looking brand new, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
