For type A pet owners like me - The Grateful Dog is the total package. The grooming is amazing, and the business is run in a professional and friendly manner by Tracy.
Jessica is a unicorn groomer. It took me a long time to find somebody NDGAA Master groomer certified that also possesses an expertise with Chinese Crested dogs. I drive 25 miles each way for her to groom my dog.
Even if you don’t have a Chinese Crested, but you have a dog that is anxious, sensitive or has separation anxiety, Jessica is a magician. Normally, when we approach the entrance to a groomer, my dog starts trying to drag me the other way, and likewise he attempts to bolt for the exit as soon as his groom is complete. Instead, with The Grateful Dog, he is perfectly relaxed with no trembling, a normal heart rate, and even wags his tail for Jessica and takes treats from her.
I also appreciate that Jessica does a consultation beforehand each time to confirm what I want done. Tracy is also reliable at giving a heads up when he is nearly done, so I can start heading over.

Booking was very easy in app, we brought Cooper in for his first visit. We were welcomed so nicely, and talked with our groomers who were friendly, attentive, making sure they understood our cut preferences. Cooper had a full groom. They did a fantastic job on his cut, he looks sharp, and smelled fantastic. Such a handsome guy, were very happy, and thank you for taking such great care of him!

My big guy, who had been traumatized by a previous grooming salon, was extremely calm and at ease with Kerry. He didn’t even show any anxiety and was in no hurry to leave! First time customer and First time grooming for Kona, my sweet mixed collie. They were great with Kona and she looks amazing and will be cool for the summer. They took her right back and started working on her and called so I could pick up as soon as complete. No crate time, as Kona is not crate trained and would have caused her anxiety. Overall great experience and will recommend to friends and Neighbors.

Found it by chance in the Canyons and so happy I did. Went home and researched for reviews and groomer qualifications and was very impressed by the results.
Convenient location, 3 tiered pricing schedule, immaculate space and great owners. Jackson came home clean and smelling great with nails trimmed, ears cleaned and teeth brushed. Could not be more impressed.

Cooper is a goldendoodle. He loves prancing into The Grateful Dog for his grooming. They treat him like royalty and he comes out looking so handsome! Everyone there is so professional and treat the dogs and their humans with the utmost respect. It is so easy to schedule and communicate with them. And we love all the extras that you can buy to pamper your dog too!

I just recently took my dog to The Grateful Dog and I’m so glad I did. For someone who hates leaving their fur baby anywhere they immediately made me feel so comfortable. They called me 15 min before my dog was done with her grooming and as soon as I walked in my dog was finishing up. They are very consistent with their appointment times and completion. I also called in the middle of my dogs appointment to check on her and Tracy the owner was so sweet putting my mind at ease since it was my dogs first haircut. We look forward to going back again! Also the store is so clean and beautifully decorated. I wanted to just hang out there all day!

I have been searching for a wonderful groomer for my two-year-old multi poo. I had not been satisfied and had a lot of disappointments. I was in the shopping center and saw that “The Grateful Dog” had opened annd decided to try them. I am so happy that I did. I was thrilled. Jessica did the grooming and Bailey came out perfect. The owner Tracy was wonderful as well. They definitely have a “Grateful” customer in both me and my husband.
