The grateful dog did a great job with both my golden doodles! Maddie was so sweet and took time to get to know them before taking them in to make them comfortable. Everyone was so kind and sweet! First time at the shop...we just moved and my Morkie was "neglected " for a couple of months. I brought her in really dirty and matted and I was sure that they would have to shave her. They did not. Maddie did a great job...she came out clean, coiffed, and happy!

It was my first time and the first haircut for my chihuahua/pug mix rescue baby, Chloe. She sheds a bunch, and has that thick undercoat which, in Florida, is killer. They treated her so sweetly, and Chloe looks soooo cute. Her undercoat is all there...no patches or nicks or unevenness. A nice even shave. I love it and we'll be back!

The Grateful Dog is a new dog salon for us. We are sooooo grateful to have accidentally walked in here and made an appointment for our “Lucky Dog.” One of the best haircuts our 12 lb Maltipoo has had in his whole 3 years! I was so happy to find The Grateful Dog. I have two Chinese crested dogs and many groomers. Do not specialize in grooming them. The Grateful Dog had a Chinese crested grooming specialist there and my dogs were happy and came out beautiful. They loved their experience and will be going back I now have a new Groomer

For type A pet owners like me - The Grateful Dog is the total package. The grooming is amazing, and the business is run in a professional and friendly manner by Tracy.
Jessica is a unicorn groomer. It took me a long time to find somebody NDGAA Master groomer certified that also possesses an expertise with Chinese Crested dogs. I drive 25 miles each way for her to groom my dog.
Even if you don’t have a Chinese Crested, but you have a dog that is anxious, sensitive or has separation anxiety, Jessica is a magician. Normally, when we approach the entrance to a groomer, my dog starts trying to drag me the other way, and likewise he attempts to bolt for the exit as soon as his groom is complete. Instead, with The Grateful Dog, he is perfectly relaxed with no trembling, a normal heart rate, and even wags his tail for Jessica and takes treats from her.
I also appreciate that Jessica does a consultation beforehand each time to confirm what I want done. Tracy is also reliable at giving a heads up when he is nearly done, so I can start heading over.

Booking was very easy in app, we brought Cooper in for his first visit. We were welcomed so nicely, and talked with our groomers who were friendly, attentive, making sure they understood our cut preferences. Cooper had a full groom. First time customer and First time grooming for Kona, my sweet mixed collie. They were great with Kona and she looks amazing and will be cool for the summer. They took her right back and started working on her and called so I could pick up as soon as complete. No crate time, as Kona is not crate trained and would have caused her anxiety. Overall great experience and will recommend to friends and Neighbors.

Convenient location, 3 tiered pricing schedule, immaculate space and great owners. Jackson came home clean and smelling great with nails trimmed, ears cleaned and teeth brushed. Could not be more impressed.

Cooper is a goldendoodle. He loves prancing into The Grateful Dog for his grooming. They treat him like royalty and he comes out looking so handsome! I just recently took my dog to The Grateful Dog and I’m so glad I did. For someone who hates leaving their fur baby anywhere they immediately made me feel so comfortable. They called me 15 min before my dog was done with her grooming and as soon as I walked in my dog was finishing up. They are very consistent with their appointment times and completion. I also called in the middle of my dogs appointment to check on her and Tracy the owner was so sweet putting my mind at ease since it was my dogs first haircut. We look forward to going back again! Also the store is so clean and beautifully decorated. I wanted to just hang out there all day!

I have been searching for a wonderful groomer for my two-year-old multi poo. I had not been satisfied and had a lot of disappointments. I was in the shopping center and saw that “The Grateful Dog” had opened annd decided to try them. I am so happy that I did. I was thrilled. Jessica did the grooming and Bailey came out perfect.
