I wanted to remove the grout and reinstall, but feared scratches on the new tiles. Elliot came in to survey the job and was honest and great to deal with. They really came through with a beautifully matched stain job. At first I was hesitant to pay that much for grout staining, but after seeing the final product, I would do it again. Now I’m just crossing my fingers that it lasts a while. The technician, Donnie, was great to work with and was very precise. He didn’t even mind me walking around at the end asking him to touch up tiny spots no one will ever see. My tiles are 60” by 30” with small grout lines, so this needed a steady hand. Again, pleasantly surprised that my grout problem could be remedied without removing it all and reapplying. Will use them again in the future.
