Mukul and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They have put us in two of our homes and helped us sell another home, all with amazing outcomes.

When navigating the NY real estate market, you want a team that is savvy, honest, and knowledgeable. Undivided is that team. We've worked with them for the last ten years and could not imagine being in better hands.

When it came time to sell our apartment, they have a very intentional strategy, did the best photography and promotion, and helped us get significantly more than ask in a challenging macro environment.

I recently worked with Shirley Rocha to find my dream apartment in Manhattan. She was such a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her enough.
