I've tried and tried to come up with a great review and I'm just delaying the review . I cannot recommend Brittnee and Stephen Morton more . They went above and beyond for me and the sell of my home . This was a very emotional sell for me with lots of jumps and hurdles and she was not just a realtor but a counselor ... a friend ... a sounding board .... all of the things !!! Lynlea Gaspar exceeded my expectations for a professional, trustworthy real estate agent. As a first time seller, I needed guidance and support and she was there in every way to keep me advised and on course.
Lynlea stayed in touch and explained the process and the expectations of each step. I don’t think I could have had a better “partner”. A great outcome, faster than anticipated, and much easier than I anticipated!
I would recommend her, and would ask her again, for assistance with real estate transactions.

We lucked out with Randy Burt from the Morton Realty Group. We got paired with him after a cold call about some property and I’m glad we did. He helped out a lot - both in finding properties for us to look at and with local information and knowledge about the region. He was everything you look for - friendly, helpful, and always willing to look at one more location. We found the perfect place and then he helped walk us through the rest of the process - including answering tons of questions. I highly recommend.

I don't think I can say enough about our realtor Randy Burt! I called him and needed to buy a house ASAP. I had a huge list of things I had to have and could not live without. The task at hand was not going to be an easy one. The next day he had a list of beautiful houses to look at. In one day, ONE, he managed to find us our dream home! But his amazing work did not stop there. After the inspection we had some questions and concerns, he showed up every time someone went to look at our concerns and made sure they were all addressed and fixed. We needed to know some measurements on parts of the house and he went out of his way to go to the house and get them for us. We were less than a week away from closing when our bank decided they could no longer carry our loan. Randy called every bank contact he knew and got us bank in with a bank and helped push so much paper that we closed only 2 days later than our original date! That was a miracle! 4 days after moving in our AC froze up and he helped us get all our warranty papers to get someone out and fix it. I could not have asked for a better realtor, or kinder human being to have helped us! I will forever recommend him! Thank you Randy Burt for everything you do!
