First time customer with little knowledge about working with an insurance broker. Randy was excellent and walked me through the whole process.. With the raising cost of my homeowners and auto policies I just didn’t have the time to shop around. Randy was super thorough and was able to save me money on both policies. Definitely recommend using the Thompson Group and I will be using them again in the future!

Randy saved me time and trouble simply explained to him what my issues were he took care of everything else, he cut my costs in half on my auto policy and I don't have a great driving record so this really helped me greatly all I had to do was a electronic signature he even took care of cancelling my old policy with a refund so checkem out you'll be happy ...

My wife and I were in a real bind with being dropped by our homeowners insurance company. Mike and his agent Randy not only got everything cleared up but also found us a better deal than we were paying for the last ten years on our homeowners policy as well as finding us a better rate for our auto policy for both our vehicles. I have already referred Randy to one friend and would gladly refer him to anyone else I know. My family now has a new insurance agent for life.
