Josh and his team were great! They guided me through the process, they were very responsive and they even stopped by the property and checked on the status of in-process work when I could not be there. Everyone I worked with on the team was excellent. In addition to Josh, who was hands-on during the entire process, Hailey (Josh's assistant who kept me up-to-date), Sara (the transaction coordinator), Clare (the listing coordinator) and Chris (the photographer) are all professionals and did a great job.

I live out of state and my mother's house was damaged in a fire. She came to live with us, so we had no one in the area to oversee the process. We selected the Young Team since they had successfully sold a number of homes in the immediate area. Josh was extremely responsive and upbeat, even as we were going through construction delays. He patiently explained some of the local limitations to us and when it came time to move forward, the entire team (Haley, Sara, Clare, and Chris) simply handled absolutely everything so our experience was as smooth as it possibly could be. What can I say! Olijah and Sara with The Young Team were amazing! They kept me informed along the way of purchasing my home. I moved from out of state and they worked with me while I sold my previous home and ensured everything was in line with my plans. I couldn't have asked for better realtors.
