Colby was amazing and very professional and friendly! He was very thorough in explaining how to up keep our heater. Overall would recommend having them come again! Colby was also punctual and very tidy! Thank you Colby and we hope to see you next year!

I ************ was very happy with the service from the original visit from ******* from Thomson to the completion of my installation. I am in a strata and we first had to get approval for individual owners to install air conditioning. During the process, ******* demonstrated the heat pump for the strata which helped quell concerns about noise and quality. ***** and ******* installed the heat pump and did a superb job. They even vacuumed up any dust and rehung a picture for me that was too close to the head to another location. The electrical done by their contractor, Pacific Star, was tidy, concealed and top notch. I am extremely pleased with their service and appreciate their patience while our strata went through the process of getting the bylaw written and approved. Now I can enjoy my summer.

From the estimator to the installers, we had great service. Living in a strata made the process a lot longer to get started, and they still stood by their original quote. The installers arrived on time, advised us of what they were doing and why, and were very pleasant. We would recommend this company without question.

Not a complaint but the outside ****** ********* Air Conditioning unit installed was much larger than anticipated.The Technicians were efficient, experienced, friendly, and very professional.They kept disruptions in the home to a minimum and did excellent cleanup during installation and upon work completion.The Office Staff were also very helpful and pleasant to talk with.I'm certain to use their services again in the future.

Thomson Industries installed our Heat Pump last October. I would highly recommend Thomson to anyone thinking of installing a heat pump system.Our Daikin heat pump system includes an outside and five-room air conditioner unit. Our installer and his apprentice were very Professional and precise, not only in the installation but also in answering any questions from my wife and me. I also have to thank the office staff, in particular, ******, **********, and *******. They answered all our concerns ( which were minor ) and went out of their way to alleviate them.A particular shout-out to *******, who was so patient in helping my wife understand all our government rebates.
