I ************ was very happy with the service from the original visit from ******* from Thomson to the completion of my installation. I am in a strata and we first had to get approval for individual owners to install air conditioning. During the process, ******* demonstrated the heat pump for the strata which helped quell concerns about noise and quality. ***** and ******* installed the heat pump and did a superb job. They even vacuumed up any dust and rehung a picture for me that was too close to the head to another location. The electrical done by their contractor, Pacific Star, was tidy, concealed and top notch. I am extremely pleased with their service and appreciate their patience while our strata went through the process of getting the bylaw written and approved. Now I can enjoy my summer.

Thomson Industries installed our Heat Pump last October. I would highly recommend Thomson to anyone thinking of installing a heat pump system.Our Daikin heat pump system includes an outside and five-room air conditioner unit. Our installer and his apprentice were very Professional and precise, not only in the installation but also in answering any questions from my wife and me. I also have to thank the office staff, in particular, ******, **********, and *******. They answered all our concerns ( which were minor ) and went out of their way to alleviate them.A particular shout-out to *******, who was so patient in helping my wife understand all our government rebates.

The Thomson tech made it through a heavy snowfall when I had my doubts. The tech was fast and proficientin tuning up my furnace. My neighbour tried to call Thomson the night before but the office had closed 15 minutes earlier. I asked if he could fit him in also. He did my neighbours furnace tune-up also right after mine. I would like to meet the person who has hired the men and women at Thomson. I have met many of the staff and they have all been so friendly and professional and knowledgeable about their jobs and serving their clients. Started when I got a quote agreed to with installation scheduled in 3 weeks . Me furnace died two days later. They rearranged their timing and had a new furnace installed the next day to keep us warm until the rest of the installation could be completed. My parents also had a complete system installed without a worry. Their accounting department even sent people to photograph the installation so we could get our full rebate from BC Hydro.
I have recommended Thomson to friends who have had work done by Thomson. All have commented on the great service and professional people they met.

I asked for the furnace to be lifted off the floor slightly and to be re-positioned. They did an excellent job re-building the duct work as needed and also in extending piping up thru the roof. Very professional. As for the ****** Furnace chose the model ****** and after one full week of service it appears to be a very good unit with lots of heat and nice and quiet. Thank you !

Fantastic customer service. My 94 year old mother in law's furnace broke down right before Christmas. Tried to get someone to come out, all busy till after new year.ybfrienda son Matt B***** who works for Thomson industries in a different division for someone to call me and I had an estimate done super fast. We decided to go with new furnace as opposed to repair. This was done first thing Dec 27. Dave the estimator who lives in same town came out through all the snow to assist us and was both personally and professionally wonderful. He explained everything to us and pointed out extras that would need to done to bring everything up to par. The two guys that came to install were fast and efficient and also very personable.
