I chose Tobin Law office based on the information on the website for my case in the Chandler Municipal Court. Before speaking to Mr Tobin, I had already spoken to a local attorney. However, I found a world of difference in the way Mr Tobin spoke to me and explained everything. He was very sincere, direct and very reasonable in pricing. I did not exaggerate the likely consequences of the charged offence or quoted a price more than reasonable. Throughout my case, he was very friendly, very approachable and kept me duly informed of the progress of the case through the client portal and phone. He guided me in the right direction and took great pains in handling the case. The criminal charges were finally reduced to a civil violation. I never had to personally attend the court. Tim handled a case for me with city of chandler. Tim did an awesome job during the entire process. The case was dragged out by the city to almost an entire year. Tim went to each court appearance on my behalf and after each appearance he contacted me by phone as well as email to let me know the status of each appearance and where it go from that point. Tim is very professional as well as personable. He was also very accessible, and very quick to respond to phone calls or emails,

No one ever wants to hire an attorney but when you need to Mr. Tobin is the guy I’m constantly working hard to get ahold of and not the easiest guy to work with my head is constantly focused on work and he makes things so easy and comfortable he truly had my best interest at mind and never gave me false hope or tried to scare me as a sales tactic like a fellow friend dealt with regarding the same case I am highly satisfied and impressed with the outcome truly had peace of mind with Mr. Tobin he is “my attorney” and who I will be calling god forbid I need to 5/5 outstanding results outstanding communication outstanding person. He probably ended up doing more work then my retainer covered. In the end I’m happy my case is getting closed. Did good job. Seems to know Gilbert well. If you need a criminal lawyer who’s good and not all about money then I’d say give Tim a call. He’s also easy to get ahold of.

I highly recommend Tobin Law Office to anyone who needs an attorney, for any reason. Tim and his team are extremely communicative and professional. They answer their phones and/or respond to emails voicemails faster than any service related company in the country!.... I am not kidding. I am a customer first person and am typically unimpressed. But this is, hands down, the most pleasant experience, in a bit so great time in my life. By the end of the consultation call, my fears were completely wiped away and I left the office feeling like a new woman! The remainder of the process was the same impressive service over and over. I couldn't have picked a better attorney to help me with my case. Tim truly treated me like a human being vs just another number on his list. After being fully paid, he insisted we keep fighting for a better plea vs take the original offer. In the long run I was given the best possible plea deal I could have been given.
