They were amazing. The ladies that answer the phones are very kind and helpful. The drivers I've had were very professional and made sure my mother was safely strapped in her wheelchair. One of their drivers actually extra helped us by extending his route to accommodate a change I had to make. I highly recommend this company.

I am well satisfied with this transportation service transportation on demand. They are very very polite each driver that I have had experience with has been really really good to my mom in transporting and getting her in the van etc especially Robert and Shamekia. I am notified when they're on the way to pick her up I am notified when they're bringing her back home with adequate time where I'm out I can get home to be there I will suggest that if you want a good good transportation for your family members or yourself choose transportation on demand you will have no regrets

From the lady that answered my call (don’t remember her name)till we were dropped off at our destination we could not be happier. Robert and Brian were prompt and courteous. They took excellent care of us. I highly recommend Transportation on Demand.

I would have given this a five star rating (or, if I was only rating the drivers, five ++. They were very courteous, kind and helpful).
The lady who drove me to my appointment was quite late and, once I got into the car, I understood why. Her dispatcher continuously diverted her to other pick-ups. Had my appointment been with some other doctors that I see, my appointment would have been cancelled. Luckily, the dental office that I was going to is staffed with lovely, understanding people.

This is an amazing company that serves with the spirit of excellence and professionalism I think we don't see in many companies these days. This company transported my mom to her apartment today and treated her like royalty and made sure that her experience was above board. James and his left man James T were awesome in every way. The receptionist and dispatcher Jessica was so kind and friendly it made everything work so well. She showed great professionalism and was genuinely concerned about our services being great. I had voice to her some things that I had dealt with with my whole experience she took it upon herself to go speak with her boss Marlo and he made everything so much better and showed kindness and generosity towards us. Let it be known that without anything being done I would give the same honest report concerning this company. When you have transportation need look no futher because it can't get no better than this!

The driver was very kind, he came knocking door making sure I know he outside, I thought that was nice of him since I have hearing loss . Other than that he have great personality n cool guy... He talk to me clearly to understand him.. beyond all that I would love to have John as my driver again, pleasure meeting him he know how to make a person laugh... John you alright with me. Although he was a tad bit late and I had to call to see what was going on, the driver was alright. The doc appointment was over much earlier than expected, however he was waiting for us instead of having to waiting for the pic up time. I couldn't have been more happy!!

Staff was very safety conscious, courteous, friendly and explained every thing they were going to do before they did anything. I felt very safe while in their company. These staff members are a credit to your company and deserve to be praised by your company and a salary increase for a job well done.
