I highly recommend the Trbovich lawfirm. They go above and beyond to do everything possible for their client. My first time ever having legal trouble, Tom not only walked me through every option, he was also there for anything question I had and really anything I needed. (Even if the office was closed) It really put my mind at easy knowing how much they value and do for their clients. If I ever have trouble again I will 100% be going back to him.

Tom helped my boyfriend with his DWI case and with him as his lawyer it went so much better than we expected!! We’re so thankful for his help and great communication. What Tom & his firm did for me & my case was undeniably amazing. I came to the firm after a horrendous experience with another lawyer that I will be reporting to The Bar Association of Erie County & I learned more within 10 minutes of speaking with Tom's staff than I had from the lawyer that I had for 7 months.

Tom took his time, knowledge & expertise & displayed why he is one of the best at what he does. I am ecstatic with the outcome of my case as this was the first time I'd ever been in any trouble let alone even handcuffs. He understood the fear that comes along with these matters & understands that most people aren't criminals, they just had a bad/terrible day.

I despise the circumstance but I'm glad to have met Tom as he restored my faith that all lawyers aren't disgusting, money hungry leeches that prey on the emotional turmoil that come with matters of the law. I hired Tom on a case right after Covid shut everything down. It spanned out a year and a half and Tom still kept in contact with me. Kept me updated and answered every question I threw at him. And I paid him in payments over the course of that year and a half and not once did he complain I wasn’t paying him fast enough. I actually enjoyed talking to his office lady lol cause it was always a meaningful conversation, not just for payment. When my court date finally arrived we got everything wrapped up in one court session! Now I can be with my husband who is in a different state. Tom is great! I highly recommend him to anyone. 😁 If I could rate higher then 5 stars I would!

I found myself in a situation that I never thought I would be in. I reached to the Trbovich law firm after 1 AM thinking I'd probably just get a voice mail or perhaps an associate however Tom picked up himself. He was very comforting and reassuring and helped me through one of the worst nights of my life. From there, he personally took my case, something I was not expecting as I figured I would be passed on to an associate or partner. He was open and honest throughout the entire process. For an aggravated DWI, I knew that my best bet was having this reduced to a DWI. However, Tom fought for me and worked with the DA, reducing me to an impaired in less than 3 months time from when I was first arrested. I don't think any other lawyer could have had this reduced let alone in this short amount of time. I would absolutely recommend Tom Trbovich to anyone that finds themselves in this situation. This is your life and you deserve a second chance and Tom will help to provide that to you. There is no comparison
