Tribal Iron is the only place I will take my bikes for service. Eric and his team are awesome. They put nice loud pipes on my Indian Scout Sixty, and Eric even called me the week after to see how the bike was running. Amazing customer service. Also serviced my Honda Shadow. Great to deal with, and a really cool shop to visit.

Hands down the best mechanic in jersey! I have a 2011 Street Glide. I had a new clutch installed and they tuned my bike the proper way. I'm not gonna go into details about the other shops that f'ed up my bike over the years but Erik got it running like never before and explained in detail what was going on and what was done wrong. Better gas mileage, throttle response, and torque now. It was also fixed in 2 days in prime season. Prices are fair, friendly and professional service. I highly recommend Tribal Customs.

Great place to go to get honest opinion on your problems. they spent a lot of time diagnosing my tire problem and at the end made a great recommendation to replace the tires to be sure that I ride safely. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a motorcycle.

Hello, I own several Collectable automobiles and Motorcycles. I’ve been working on cars and bikes since I’ve been 15 years old. I am now 66 years old and will be 67 years old this Friday November 10. I can honestly tell you that I have never let anyone work on my personal cars and bikes Ever! One of my toys is a 2006 Big Dog K-9 Chopper. I recently had my knee replaced and had to have motor work done on the 117 s and s motor on bike. Believe me did not want to have anyone else working on my bike, anyways brought my bike to Eric at Trial Iron Customs for repair.Eric, His Son Jake and staff were highly professional, courteous and totally understanding what needed ti be done. Not only did they repair bike properly but noticed other issues that should be addressed to make bike function like it was new. I picked bike up repair bill was fair and bike is perfect. Looks like it was never touched. Everything in order like I picked it up in showroom in 2006. That’s it! Next case! Highly recommend Tribal Iron Customs!

Eric and his crew are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Took my 2022 Harley Street Glide to upgrade the headersnand dump the cat. Bike runs amazing ans sounds amazing! By far the best bike/car shop in Jersey. Highly recommend. Will be taking the bike back to upgrade the cam. Well worth the money! Highly recommend!

Brought my 2022 Indian Scout Bobber Twenty here for full exhaust system and tune (and some cosmetics). They were highly recommended by several older riders that I have a lot of respect for. Eric and his team far exceeded my expectations. It’s like riding a completely different bike. I would recommend them to anyone that serious about their bike. Good service doesn’t come cheap, but it’s worth every penny.

Eric and his team did a tremendous job. Aside from the maintenance work, Eric installed an air ride suspension system that has totally transformed the ride of my motorcycle. Was a challenging installation and Eric did incredible work. Very clean wiring and switch integration. Also reprogrammed the bike’s computer and is now running a lot better. Can’t say enough about the quality of the work and how happy I am to have found this shop.

Asked if they could do some custom welding for a coffee table and two lamp tables I put together out of stainless steel legs, the end result was beyond expectation. Outstanding, will post pictures later of the finish product.

I recently got body work and some
mechanical work done. Mostly restorative work on the exterior and frame. Along the way some mechanical work to get my truck back to a safe and working condition.

There’s a couple things I love about this place.

#1 is it’s just an awesome shop to walk around. There’s so many cool bikes and cars to look at when you go there. You never know what you’re going to see.

#2 customer service was great. Every time I had a question they would answer it for me and it didn’t feel like a burden to ask.

#3 no sketchy prices or sketchy work done. I hate more than anything dealing with a mechanics who starts throwing new prices in halfway through the job. I was informed of every dollar charged before the job was done, with my approval, and he stuck to the price. A reasonable price at that.

#4 I’m beyond satisfied with the work he did. Truck came out looking great.

I will definitely be using them in the future.

I’ve been going to Tribal Irons for repairs on my Honda Shadow, and I highly recommend. Tribal was referred to me by an old friend. In short, Eric and his team are the best independent shop in NJ. Eric knows his stuff, as does his team and they can fix anything on a bike. Their pricing is fair and if they can’t get a part for you, they will fabricate it or powder coat it or paint it themselves, all in house. As an added bonus, there is no attitude, which is common at bike shops. Eric is a calming presence who has one of the most even keeled demeanors of anyone I have ever met. Dealing with Tribal has been a pleasure.

I have a 2016 road glide that has another shop do engine work to it and just screwed it all up so a friend recommended Eric at tribal iron so dropped it off Eric and his team put a lot of time into and it runs perfect

Eric tuned my 2001 Road King MM EFI a very difficult tune. He did a wonderful job the bike runs great. He took the extra time it needed. I felt like he treated it like it was his own bike. Purchased an used Suzuki Boulevard during the pandemic lockdown. Called few bike shops to inspect my bike and Eric from Tribal Iron shop returned my call. Eric was awesome at explaining things and never charged me for something I don’t need. Turnaround time is little slow (mainly due to part shortage) but the work gets done right at the first time and Eric is detailed. Highly recommended.
