On the recommendation of a nearby neighbour, I contacted True Level Concrete to address some foundation settlement of our attached garage. It was the right choice, the company was professional through out the project. Calls and emails were answered quickly. Questions were welcomed and time lines kept. The instal crew worked as a well oiled team, in fact it could be said of the company as a whole. Despite having to work in cramped conditions not one complaint was heard. Attention was paid to detail and they respected the home owners property. I was onsite and observed much of the process. A very minor misunderstanding arose at the end which the company handled to my complete satisfaction. I raise this as a compliment to True Level because it speaks to their values as a company.

True Level Concrete just completed a job at our home on our foundation. From the initial consult to completion of the work we could not have asked for a more professional and thorough company! Vic spent time during the initial consult explaining what the job entailed walking us through the whole process. Joe and his crew did an amazing job doing the actual lift. They were on time, polite, friendly and professional explaining what they were doing every step of the way. Gave us every confidence that the job would be well done. They were amazing! After completion we hardly knew they had been there. We would DEFINITELY recommend True Level Concrete for any foundation issues!

We needed our patio concrete jacked back up into place so I called True Level Concrete for an estimate. They weren’t necessarily the cheapest, but I like the foam products that they use and I thought it was better than concrete slurry. The workers that came were very professional and did a wonderful job. They were on time, on budget with the quote, and very quick and knowledgable of what they were doing. It’s so nice to have the patio concrete back to where it belongs and level to enjoy.

Our front exposed aggregate front walkway had slowly sunken. The step up was too high a rise and would cause tripping. It’s a large area. I can’t believe how good it looks now!!!!! Great professional job. Worth fixing!!! Friendly and very professional! So quick!
