My girlfriend and I started noticing a very unpleasant smell coming from under our house near the beginning of January. It quickly became clear that an animal, most likely an opossum, had died in the crawl space. I called a few pest control companies for estimates, but UnBugMe Pest Control immediately stood out. Valerie actually answered the phone and scheduled a visit right away. Juan and Osmir were outstanding. Juan went under the house, removed an older, dried-out opossum, and quickly identified that a second animal had wedged itself between two walls in the crawl space (between our bathroom and a bedroom). I was dreading the thought of cutting into walls, removing the remains, and then dealing with repairs and paint matching, but Juan and Osmir handled all of it quickly, seamlessly, and at a very reasonable cost. They documented the entire removal with video so we could see exactly what was done, which I really appreciated. Juan also set a trap that allowed us to humanely remove a live opossum that had been active under the house. They then sealed the now-upgraded crawl-space gate grills professionally to help prevent this from happening again. UnBugMe was incredibly fast, arriving just hours after I called, the pricing was more than reasonable and everything was resolved over a couple of days. Juan and Osmir were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with, as was Valerie in the office. I can’t recommend UnBugMe Pest Control highly enough! Really. Excellent service from start to finish.

A Squirrel got into my house through a cooktop vent. Juan saved the day by gently coaxing the Squirrel into a blanket and let him outside to return to his friends. Juan was incredibly patient and helpful at a time when I was quite frantic, just before a big event in my Home. Love this company and can recommend them so highly. Juan also fixed the vent screen so this could not happen again!!
