I called Rheem for a warranty repair on my hot water heater and they picked who to send. I could not have been more happy with the out come. The technician showed up at the end of the window I was told he would show up. Pretty good in my book since I also do hands on stuff and realize one thing gone wrong or something not planned for can really mess up a day. He got right to work. Figured out both the heating elements were bad in my hot water heater. He had replacements on his truck. Replaced them, and gave me a little bit of an education while he was working. I really try to stay away from people working in my house but sometimes I can’t. Especially when I’m trying to learn something new. He handled my stupid questions very well and when it comes time to need someone back I will call them directly. Sometimes it is just better to have a professional do the work you know you can figure out but, after some mistakes, it now makes financial sense to have the right person out the first time… fortunately I did on this one. This was a warranty service call to replace a water heater part that was broken out of the box. The tech was prompt and very thorough checking over the entire install not just the broken part. The couple of things that he corrected most definitely saved premature aging of my water heater. Thank you!

The technician was very polite and courteous. He came when he said he would and had the repair fixed within minutes. Even though I gave this 4 stars I did have a terrible time getting through to the Rheem company to activate my warranty. I was without hot water for 10 days because you have to sit on hold forever and I was having a terrible time trying to get through.

I installed my hybrid water heater 'yesterday' and this morning found it had a pretty significant leak. Called support, they arranged U.S. Water Heating Solutions to come fix it. Since it was warranty work, I figured it would be a PIA getting it fixed. I was wrong. They (he) was there that afternoon! Fortunately, it was an easy fix, and he did a great job. Once the leak was fixed, he went over the WH top to bottom to make sure everything was OK.

Perfect! A call to Rheem that was answered quickly and a return text from US Water Heating Solutions letting me know, they would be calling to schedule an appointment. A few hours later, I received a call from Leah, a friendly, knowledgeable, professional, easy to understand (here in the US?) scheduler. She had all my information from Rheem so I did not need to go over it again. Moments later, I had an appointment to replace my stuck stock anode rod. A few days later, Kurt was over. Within 20 minutes, Kurt was gone with my new powered anode rod install installed. Perfect!
