I was a little disappointed when the first technician came out because he did noy have the right part even though they requested me to provide the model # and serial # of my water heater and said he would come with parts. They had the part mailed to my house with instructions to call when it arrived. I did call and they sent a technician from Elk Grove Village, Illinois (I live in Bridgman, Michigan). He installed it and made several checks making my wife very happy as we now have a working water heater.

Kevin did a fantastic job ..was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with the combi boiler from Ruud Although as soon as he left it started throwing error codes again...which was not his fault, it is the boiler quality in my opinion. I will for sure be using you again because of the boiler issues ,but know that Kevin is great!!!!

I was really pleased with the service I received from Rheem. I installed a new water heater on 11/18/2025 at my home. After installation was completed I turned on the electric, but after many hours there was no hot water. I called Rheem for assistance and immediately they created a service call and dispatched US Water Heating Solutions to investigate the issue. In the meantime, though, I was able to resolve the issue, but US Water Heating Solutions still dispatched their technician, just to make sure everything was okay. I thought that level of customer service was really exceptional. The technician, Kevin, came to our house and did a thorough inspection to make sure the water heater was functioning properly. Kevin, even suggested to steps I should follow to prolong the life of the water heater. Very proactive! In addition to being very knowledgable in his trade, Kevin is a very personable man. It was a pleasure working with Kevin. He is a real asset to his employer.

My water heater services 3 apartments. When it stopped working I heard all about it at volume 10. US Water Heating Solutions to the rescue! One of their techs had a hard to find part on his truck and came out to install it on a Sunday! Super nice and knowledgeable guy. Did fast, clean and thorough work. And he used data to determine the problem and confirm the solution - inspired confidence and relieved stress. I had them come back out on a weekday to upgrade one part that was giving the tech some weird readings. All is now well and Im glad to have these folks on my team should future problems arise. Definitely recommend.
