What a great experience, great customer service, very knowledgeable and gave us multiple options while helping us pick out a diamond to add to my wife’s wedding band. We would highly recommend V jewelers!!!

I had such an amazing experience at V Jewelers the staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. They resized my wedding ring and it looks great. The owner’s are so humble and kind. Highly recommend this place.

This is such a wonderful place. I bought my now fiancé a ring here. They are courteous and kind. Without placing any pressure on you. They helped me pick out a ring for her that for me, is perfect. Daniel was extremely helpful. I had a watch with a raised glass face and needed the battery changed. Took it to multiple other jewelers and they all said they couldn't get the back of the watch put back on. Daniel said he would try, but that there's a risk of cracking or breaking the glass but that he has done plenty before with success. He took it back and came out a minute later with my watch fixed! Fantastic service and I will only come here from now on!

With it being at Christmas time I was impressed that they were able to get my diamond bracelet back to me within a couple of days! Walking in, the shop was beautiful arranged with"glitter"- "diamonds" on display throughout the store. My sales young lady was very friendly and congenial! I was impressed that as she took my bracelet from me she took a pic of it and then put it in a locked drawer all while I was standing there-this showed me they"care" got the jewelry they take in :) They were very friendly! I'd go back !

I paid my first visit to V Jewelers because I needed a watch battery. This is a family business and they made me feel very much at home. While waiting, I found a lovely ring, very reasonably priced, in their estate case. They sized it for me and had it ready to pick up the next day. What a pleasant surprise this morning. I needed a watch battery so I stopped at the closest jewelry store to my home which just happens to be V Jewelers. The most pleasant and friendly greeting was the perfect introduction to the rest of the visit. The premises are beautiful and immaculate and talking with Joy while We waited for the watch was pleasant and breezy; like talking with an old friend. She was a Joy to talk with. Made me wish the battery took longer to replace.
V Jewelers is now my jewelers!

I was very surprised at the level of care I received during my visit yesterday. I was looking to have my wedding rings refinished and I was surprised by not only the level of education I was provided prior to my decision-making, but by the speed and high-quality of service I was rendered. My rings were finished and returned (for an incredibly reasonable price) the same day and they look like they just came from the case. I would highly recommend this family-owned business to anyone who is looking to renew their jewelry. I am so very thankful for my experience.

I went in to V Jewelers for the first time today, to get 2 watches resized. The women who helped me(I wish I had gotten her name) was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. I overheard another customer being helped, just beside me, and being treated with the same kindness as I was. A+ customer service. The pricing was much better than any other Jewelry/watch repair business, I have ever visited. This was also the fastest I have ever had a repair done. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and had a good amount of service done, on two different watches. I would highly recommend taking your business to V Jewelers!

If you live in the West Valley one of the greatest places I've gone to to fix my jewelry and watch repair is V-Jewelers. The staff is very nice and hospitality is the greatest you won't be disappointed and check out all the fine jewelry and watches their pricing is very reasonable.

What a wonderful experience.
Dropped off my wedding ring that was missing a diamond, very dirty, and bent from years of abuse.
They replaced the diamond, cleaned up my ring, and polished it up like brand new. Very fast service at a great price. I am extremely happy with the way it turned out and will definitely do business here again.
