Ok I have to share my story with this amazing team of people at True Precision on 19 Ave and Bethany home Rd. First let me tell you this. I'm no stranger to knee surgeries. I've had 2 ACL surgeries on the same knee and meniscus clean up. After a bad reaction to the 2nd ACL I decided I'd live a less active life because the pain was so bad from the reaction. I lived without the ACL for about 20 years or so. This caused the knee to get very bad over the years. I'd been going to the Core for knee injections that worked for a few years. Every 3 months I get the shots then the gel shot in-between. Finally this year my knee said no more and I was informed that I had none on bone and would need total knee replacement. Well needless to say I personally didn't think I was at that age for a knee replacement and stared seeking an alternative that would last into my 60s at least then get the knee replacement once I am ready. I was looking at this Genicular Artery Embolization procedure and found Total Percisition. Schedule an appointment and the following week got the surgery.
Of course I'm also on a medication that prevents me from being sedated and thought I'd have to reschedule. The wonderful Doctor and his staff did the entire procedures without any anesthesia. Now that sounds scary but honestly it was actually very pleasant and the conversations weren't bad either.
This Team from the front desk assistants to the nurses and doctor and his staff are Amazing! 24 hrs and I have No Pain. Let me repeat that No Pain. I didn't have to hold the sink counter to go to the bathroom. I highly recommend to opt out of the anesthesia for this experience. I found it very interesting and very pleasant because you can talk to the doctor and ask questions or just have a great conversation. Bonus are the wonderful nurses who make you feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Thank you so much for giving me pain free moving mobility again. My life will be so much better and I'm looking forward to walking long distance without pain. Your Team is the BEST!

Both of my knees done and my knees feel great, I have bone on bone with bone spurs, but after the procedure I was in pain, but after a few weeks I seem to be doing better! I am so grateful for this procedure thank you.

Very pleased with the whole experience! From the initial consultation to the follow up, everyone has been personable and professional. Very open to questions and thorough in aftercare instructions.

I have suffered with knee issues for 30+ years and only regret not finding this procedure sooner! I noticed almost immediate relief and currently have no pain! I’m anxious to have the other knee done!

If you’re nervous at all, don’t be! I watched the whole procedure. It was painless and minimally invasive. The doc went through my foot so recovery was fast. I highly recommend this clinic and procedure! (Side note: sometimes they don’t answer the phone but they will call back!)

My husband is 87 years old and has dementia plus suffering with a very painful knee. Surgery was not an option because of his age and cognitive decline. He had tried cortisone shots plus the injection of the gel in the joint. Nothing worked for long and insurance would only pay every 6 months. I made an enquiry of True Precision. Had the treatment yesterday, pain gone today. The staff, front desk, nurses Stephanie and Gilbert were caring and warm, surgeon Dr Hunter was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. On top of all,that they had a Lyft driver come pick us up and take us home which was a bonus. Highly recommend.

The personal is awesome,not only one, everybody makes you feel good.
My procedure was 3 weeks ago and so farl feels better,my follow up is in 2 weeks and then I will be able to tell you more about it.

The procedure wasn't as bad as I thought it would with the exception of inserting IV . It took them three times to get it and still didn't get it so they had to do a Sheetz and that worked perfect. I still have to do left leg and I am good with that. Thank you for your wonderful care that was given me.

Very professionals staff. 48 hours after procedure I can begin to feel the difference. Bending my knee up towards my chest is much easier, no strain. Pain in joint seems to be relieved to a good degree but will know better when I stress it golfing in a few days.

I just my second knee GAE procedure and right from the start, John, did an excellent job of driving my wheelchair into pre op only one minor bump😉 He was very thorough with all pre op questions and procedures. Barely felt the IV needle. Thanks for that. Dr Roe and team made sure I was sedated enough that I was comfortable and not in pain during the procedure. Overall, I can't give enough praise to the pre & post op nurses. They all were awesome. Very much worth trying this before dreaded knee replacement. I'm only a few weeks first knee & day two with the other and pain levels have been substantially reduced. I highly recommend this group.

This is my second procedure with true precision. I had such good success with my knee that’s was bone on bone that i decided if they could do my wrist I’d love it. They did! The improvement is almost immediate. I’d recommend this before any surgery.

I was really happy with quickness of getting appointment for consultation and then for the procedure. The staff was very helpful with all my questions. okA few things I would have liked was introductions from the doctor doing the procedure as well as the person administrating sedation. A little more communication of aftercare prescriptions would have been nice as well. I didnt even know about them until pharmacy notified me. Overall, I cant give enough praise for the pre & post op nurses. They all were awesome. I do recommend this group.

Staff was amazing. Procedure was explained well, my comfort was a priority for every staff member and I felt well-cared for. Second knee. First is much improved. Second knee yesterday and feels better already.

The procedure was very minimal in pain and only took about an hour. My knee is doing fine. Cant wait to get the other one done. The staff was very nice and attentive. Loved the bedside manner. This was much better than the cortisone injections.

Recently I had a visit with Dr. Sharma, and my wife went with me. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 ladies, who were very cheerful, kind, and sweet. There was no long wait, and was called back to the room. Dr. Sharma came in and he really spent time getting to know my medical history (which can get complicated) and what treatments I have had. He told us what his concerns were, what tests would be needed, and of course if there was something that needed treatments some options I would have. The way he explained everything, the time he took with me, and making sure any questions we had were answered made this feel less overwhelming to navigate. While going over everything with us, you could tell that he cares about people and very passionate about his specialty. After 1 visit, he won our trust in him and is a doctor I will refer any family or friends to.

Dr. Sharma was amazing. I hadnt met him until the morning of my procedure. When I met him I felt at ease immediately. He has a gentle calm voice and explained everything in detail, and reassurance. From the actual procedure to the removal of my draining tube, everything was exactly as he told me it would go. His office staff was so so nice! His nurse was compassionate, funny and distracted me when the tube was being taken out. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing his services. He rocks!!

Excellent quality job done by Dr. Drew Hunter MD, GAE Specialist with True Precision Medical ! No pain now at least only a 2/10 pain scale. Everything is going good, healing properly on my left knee. Wonderful man, friendly and he especially made me feel... like a special person he was treating ! Fantastic nurses Gabriel and his female constituent. Great post surgery recovery time in the medical center. Thanks so much, and next knee in a month to be scheduled.

From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. Everyone was very nice and helpful which considering that this is a busy place. I noticed all the patients were treated with respect and kindness. No talking behind the scenes about crabby people or any personal gossip. I may be in pain when I go in there but I hope to always leave with a smile on my face. Thank you all and keep up the great work! Thank you Charlie /PA for an awesome experience!!!

Update: still a great place and service is outstanding. Everyone at this place is super professional and very helpful. Very busy place so if you have to wait just relax everyone there is trying to make you feel better!
