Len is a Gem. What other lawyer (none that I know of) would drive to a location convenient to the client on a Sunday night to ensure a signature on a closing the next morning? Len helped me through what should have been a straight closing but seemed, to me, to take every unexpected twist (though Len, who is obviously kind, assured me this was normal).
