VIKING , WHEN I TOOK JET SKI IN , THEY GOT RIGHT ON IT. , NO WAITING DAYS , FOR DAMAGE REPORT , JET SKI WAS TOTALED , DUE TO TWO BIG HOLED IN BOTTOM

This is a great specialty body shop for boats and jet skis. They did a wonderful job with our storm damaged jet ski.

The gel coat on my Yamaha 212X was scratched / gouged, about 4 feet down the starboard side. I didn’t know who to contact, so I reached out to Park Marine, in Kennesaw. They referred me to Viking. I reached out and got an immediate response from Aline. They were booked through February, but said they would do their best to get my boat in prior to. They succeeded… They stored my boat, then contacted me with an estimate a few days later. They were very transparent about what was required to fix it, and very honest with their assessment. They kept me updated throughout the entire process- World -Class communication and service. Exceptional craftsmanship, and professionalism as well.

Shawn and Aline are great to work with and should you need your watercraft or RV repaired, I highly recommend!

It was a pleasant surprise to find out that Smyrna actually has a boat service shop close to home and they exceeded all expectations. Shawn and Aline are great to work with and they customized the service to fit my needs. Viking’s crew brought the gelcoat of my ‘96 Crownline back to life, it looks better than the day I brought her home. I feel lucky to have met such a great group of people! Thank you.
