Excellent experience. We have one good-looking new roof at a price that was surprisingly reasonable as judged against the other estimates we received. Lindsey, Jacob, and Clay were knowledgeable and informative about each step of their part of the process. Very helpful. We were told it'd be done in a day. It took all day but it was done by the end of the day. No unkept promises is nice. I'd award 5+ stars if the option were available.

They showed up when scheduled, were done in two days and did a perfect job. Our neighbor recommended them and we got two estimates. So glad we went with Bill Jackson and Clay at Weatherproof.

From the initial consultation that we had with our project manager Clay, we felt at ease and knew we went with the right company to replace our roof. We were given a very thorough price quote and everything was explained in detail to us. On the day that our roof was replaced, the workers showed up first thing and got right to work. Our roof was done in one day. All the workers were friendly and they were exceptionally meticulous at picking up all the debris and making it look like they weren’t even here. The roof looks great! Your guys worked hard and were very kind. The only thing I wish they had done is move all the very heavy potted plants and my ceramics back for me. I can't pick them up, especially with my back problems. Other than that they cleaned up the place outside everywhere each day and you would never know that they were there.

They said they would be at my house between 7 and 8 and they were not kidding They were here at 7! I was very impressed with that because in Florida it seems like nobody shows up when they say they're going to. These men had excellent work ethics. Nobody was Dilly dally around. They took a lunch break and that was it! They worked the entire time they were here. Everybody was working. They got it done in 1 day. Then they took care of the finishing touches what I call "the cleanup". They did an excellent job cleaning everything up. I would highly recommend this company.

Pleased with the estimate, the quality of the work and the final result. Our only issue was that It took a lot longer and we ended up having insurance issues because of it. This was not Weatherproof's fault though, as they had to rely on the tile supply company getting the tile to us. Pete and Kyra were great to work with and were very responsive to my calls and questions.

Extremely fast and great people to work with. We just bought a new house but couldn't get it insured because the roof was over 10 years old. After calling around we were distraught to find that most roofing companies could not do it for at least 6
8 weeks due to supply issues. A friend recommended Weatherproof so we called them. They actually carry all of their own materials in stock so they did not have to wait for them. Within 3 weeks we had a new roof and were able to get the house insured. Even our insurance company was so amazed at how quickly we were able to get a new roof put on that they wanted their number too. Apparently its been taking over 2 months usually. I would highly recommend Weatherproof to everyone! Thank again guys!
