Really enjoyed our family holiday in booking with WhatAHotel. We often stay at various hotels, and what can make a noticeable difference is a little extra personal touch. The extra perks are great and much appreciated, in addition the personal touch goes a long way with us. I would like to check all of the above categories, but I have to choose one. But, please note, What a Hotel is professional, has only very high quality hotels and is always mindful of one’s desires and needs. It is a wonderful agency.
What a hotel is the best agency I have ever come across. I usually research and book hotels myself, but when I want a high level hotel I always turn to What A Hotel. They get the best prices and include wonderful perks. I highly recommend them. Just had a wonderful trip to Colmar, France at a hotel they booked for us and, as always, it was fabulous.

I have utilized WhataHotel! for probably about 15 years, for all of my luxury hotel stays. In today’s world where it’s just as easy to book at a hotel’s website, there is nothing more valuable than a travel agent.

On my most recent stay at a Ritz-Carlton, I was able to book a cheaper rate with WAH than with the hotel directly. We also received a double upgrade to a full one bedroom suite, a $100 amenity credit, a welcome amenity of house made chocolates, a daily breakfast credit of $60, and a guaranteed 4pm check-out. These amenities were more than I’d receive with my Bonvoy elite status. Plus, I still received all basic and elite Bonvoy points for this reservation.

I currently have two future reservations with WhataHotel! and will continue to use them for all of my luxury hotel needs.

Booked four seasons Las Vegas. Free room upgrade, breakfast included and $100 resort credit. Most amazing perk received an email a few days before to say the price has dropped $160 and I didn’t have to lift a finger for the cheaper rate.

We booked a stay at the Four Seasons Punta Mita and a Mariott Cancun with whatahotel, and they saved us SO MUCH money. We were treated like royalty at the FS as they recognized us as booking through their preferred partners program. Room upgrade was fantastic, as we received several welcome amenities such as champagne and snacks!

We also received complimentary breakfast at each hotel (which at FS is 150/day for 2 people) as well as resort credits to be used as we pleased for the same room rate as we would have got booking direct.

WhataHotel is WhataFind! I am a Hyatt Globalist so love my late checkout and breakfast but wanted to stay at the Four Seasons that doesn't have a loyalty program. I found a Four Seasons Preferred Partner in WhataHotel online and after reading a few reviews to make sure it was legit, took a chance and joined and booked the Four Seasons Westlake Village the same night online with the special package 3rd night free rate the Four Seasons advertised. But with WhathHotel, received $100 credit, free breakfast and late checkout. It worked flawlessly and the Four Seasons was very nice about it. It was such a good experience I signed my spouse up as he travels quite a bit for work but doesn't have a "set" hotel or my perks and booked him a Hyatt in LA. He said they were super nice at check-in and thanked him for being a preferred partner, offered him a tequila flight and he is enjoying his stay. I would definitely recommend WhathHotel! Thank you for the easy to use, great service!

We received free breakfast everyday of our stay and $100 hotel credit for food or spa services. We were able to order breakfast from the menu in the hotel restaurant. Not a continental breakfast. The hotel removed the breakfasts and the $100 credit from our total bill. It was a wonderful bonus to our stay!

Just returned from a bucket list trip to Alaska arranged by the BEST travel agent! A group of us used planes, trains and buses to travel to Denali National Park to witness grizzlies, Dal sheep, moose, caribou, eagles and the awesome Denali Peaks. We then traveled by Regent Seven Seas through the Inner Passage to whale watch, glacier witness and crab consume! We can't say enough good things about this experience! I’ve used Whatahotel multiple times and can highly recommend them for the additional perks. On a recent Four Seasons’ Baku Preferred Partner reservation I received free breakfast, a $100 room credit and a double upgrade (one on booking and one on arrival) all for the same amount i would have paid without any of that had I booked direct. There are still lots of reasons to use a good travel agent. I find the website easy to use, transparent about pricing etc and they’re very resonsive by email.

We just got back from a mini babymoon at the Four Seasons in Austin, and their partnership with the hotel allowed us to get a room upgrade, daily breakfast credit for two, and a $100 hotel credit. Booking our Hyatt Centric 10-day hotel stay was an excellent, very personal experience. By booking through WhataHotel we were offered the following perks:
$25 USD Property Credit
Room Upgrade
Daily Breakfast for Two
Welcome Amenity
Free Wifi

The breakfast perk saved us $40-$50 per day! We were able to get a couple of beverages each day at the pool with the $25 credit. Welcome amenity was a glass of champagne. Room upgrade was not available. Free wi-fi was unsecured and annoyingly needed to be re-requested every 24 hours.

You can’t beat Whatahotel for the service and especially the PERKs! For example, breakfast for two at the Maui Four Seasons included ($49 x 2) daily. Early check in included. Room upgrade included. In fact, we’ve always received a room upgrade and several times received a double room upgrade. The other big benefit- they only affiliate with hotels you would want to stay with so it helps narrow down your search. They’re all good but we ask for Richie. He’s been there a long time and will take good care of you.

We found a perfect hotel with great values in London through Whatahotel. They were responsive to my request to book.

Andaz hotel in London is located in a prime intersection of transportation (Liverpool station) and restaurants/entertainment. Very pretty and eclectically decorated and nice bar/ restaurants on site. Super friendly staffs!! Whatahotel found a better deal than any other travel site including Amex platinum offer.

I normally use American Express Platinum to get perks at hotels but discovered that WhataHotel is far superior to using Amex. We just returned from a fantastic trip to a Four Season’s Resort in Hawaii and WhataHotel delivered! We got a complimentary upgrade to a fantastic ocean-front room, a welcome amenity, a resort credit, early check-in, and a full sit-down breakfast daily. Unlike Amex, I was able to contact WhataHotel and Richie answered all of my questions promptly and provided excellent service. Since WhataHotel is preferred partner with Four Seasons and Richie knew the front desk management team, our check-in and room experience was flawless. I am now a customer for life. 5 stars - trust me, you can’t go wrong using them.

One of the best travel agents I have ever used! I've used them for a couple trips so far and they always manage to get the best rates with unbelievable perks. Recently, I used them to book a stay at the Four Seasons in Montreal. Maria Guiteras-Rodriguez handled my reservation and was able to get me an upgrade from the most basic room to a suite, a four category upgrade, the front desk agent at the hotel was surprised and said that it is rare they will allow for an upgrade from a non suite to a suite.

Another notable booking was at the Four Season Cairo First Residence where they were able to give us enough spa credits for my friend and I to get a free Turkish Bath, I believe it was equivalent to $150 USD each.

I have used WhataHotel for years, and I don't really want to give away the secret, because you pay the same price as you would pay on the hotel's web site, except you get tons of great perks, like free breakfast, free room upgrade, early check-in or late check-out and a $100 food or spa credit. I just stayed at Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and received $550 worth of free meals at great restaurants in the hotel, plus an upgrade to a room on a high floor with an amazing view. It's like Amex Platinum, but they offer a larger number of hotels, especially some less expensive hotels. I highly recommend using their services!

We booked our Maui vacation through whatahotel.com. In addition to getting a better rate than we could find elsewhere, we also got free breakfast each morning. At this nice hotel, breakfast was $50/person/day! Tip and gratuity included, so it saved us over $750. (We probably wouldn't have eaten there more than once or twice, but it was great to be able to go each morning.

The best part is how communicative Richie from whatahotel.com is. He's got direct lines of communication to the hotel, so any of our questions got answered really fast. Highly recommended.

Simply stated there is Nobody - who is more detail oriented than Richie. The more you use his service & expertise you build a relationship and he learns your likes/dislikes taste level etc. He is so easy to deal with, very reponsive, follows through, communicates. I can't say enough nice things about Richie and his level of service. No trip is too small or too big for him to book for you. He is honest with his reviews of properties and doesn't oversell what level of a property as to offer. There is no bait and switch here. His passion for travel comes through in his planning as if he were planning his own get away! He is the best, best, best. We have been using his service for over 10 years! We have been using WhataHotel for multiple bookings over the past three years. We always got a complimentary breakfast and nice F&B credit, plus in most of cases also an upgrade to next category room. You will get lot of free perks for the same price as you would see on the hotel website. I fully recommend booking through WhataHotel, and more specifically with Maria Rodriguez, who is amazing and provides us with a great customer service all the time. Thank you!

Our trip to Hawaii was made even more wonderful by our rep, Maria, at Lorraine Travel. Our room was upgraded 3 categories, we received free breakfast for two each morning plus a daily credit of $200 to spend at the resort on food, drinks, spa services, etc. I would not use any other travel agent for our vacations at premier hotels!
