I have been using WhataHotel! website to book my hotels accommodation during my travel. A few times my rooms were pleasantly upgraded and it makes the hotel stay most enjoyable. I especially like the easy request for early checkin and late check out whenever required. I would like to specially mention - Maria, who often assist me in the bookings and also in restaurant reservations at the respective hotels. Maria is very attentive and she follows up on my request promptly. Really appreciate her assistance. WhataHotel! website especially the perks such as breakfast included and some hotels with hotel credits really make my decision on using WhataHotel! website without hesitation and the need for further comparison on rates.

The peninsula Bangkok was a very smart and elegant hotel. The rooms for excellent and the catering was fantastic especially breakfast. Vioni quibble would be the screens were down at the terrace during the morning till about noon so you really couldn't get a good view of the river. Would I go back again? Definitely yes
