I called for a quote on Tuesday, window well services came at 1 pm Wednesday and had my window replaced. The window looks fantastic, the job was done perfectly. I am very satisfied using w.w. services, I highly recommend them

Gero and his team were fantastic! He was very prompt to respond with an estimate, as well as, answer all my questions. His price was extremely reasonable to replace our basement windows, new window well for the egress, along with custom covers. Our egress window and frame was in terrible shape and they did a fantastic job with the replacement. They arrived on time and left the workplace spotless when they completed the work. I cannot say enough great things about Gero and his team at window well services! They did a wonderful job adding two egress windows to our basement. Besides the new window wells you couldn’t even tell they were there as they left my yard looking better than it did before they arrived. I appreciate Gero always responding quickly to texts (my much preferred means of communication) but also his ability to have the job completed within a few weeks of providing a quote. The windows look great and my basement has never looked as light and bright. And the basement was so clean afterwards. I was afraid that there would be concrete dust everywhere, but they kept it all contained and cleaned everything up before we saw the final results. The windows are easy to open and the covers fit perfectly to provide enough light but privacy as well. I would give 10 stars if I could! He went above and beyond for us. Thanks for everything guys. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Gero and Abraham were absolutely awesome! We have 3 old windows in our otherwise finished basement that were absolutely trash due to the previous owner - the window wells were full of dead rodents/spiders/weeds, their covers were all destroyed, and the windows themselves were old and didn't open.

We emailed Window Well Services, sent a couple pictures, and not only did Gero get us a quote almost instantly but scheduled our service within less than a week. They came right on time, got the job done lightning fast, and completely cleaned up after themselves. The job they did is AMAZING to boot!

Gero has great communication. I asked a lot of questions and he was always pleasant even though I was a pain. His prices are phenomenal. I've been pricing windows for a long time. I just last night added window well covers and he just said no problem. They also were the least expensive custom made covers that I could find. There wasn't any mess for me to clean up either. I would highly recommend him.
