The thing that impressed me most was how Josh and his team assessed the value of my house. I was told what they planned to offer sight unseen but was given a higher offer after they saw it and did a little research. That meant a lot to me personally and I know I got a fair price. The process was simple The people were the nicest people I have ever dealt with for any kind of customer service on a big purchase and this was a huge purchase/sale for me! My husband had passed away unexpectedly in November 2024 and I had the daunting task of coming to Arizona and preparing our winter home to be sold. After long consideration of selling through a realtor and dealing with the back-and-forth and inspections and how much time it would take I decided to sell outright. I chose Doug Hopkins as I had heard so much good about him and his team and thought I would give them a try. . Doug came and gave me a fair offer on my home and the greatest thing is I didn’t have to try and remove a lot of furniture that I really didn’t have the time to do so I could leave what I want and take what I want and that worked out perfectly for me.
