I was on a time crunch. Kyle came out. Explain everything broke down the contract so that I understood it was very patient and informative. This was the first time I’ve ever sold a home and it was a wonderful experience. This team goes above from the liaison to the title company that they worked with. I was in charge of my mothers home and was trying to figure out how to go about selling it. Working w a real estate agent and dealing w repairs, cleaning, painting, waiting for a sale, then going thru inspections etc. I then thought seriously about selling it for cash so Doug Hopkins came to mind, I have always respected him so I called and HE actually came to the house, looked around and we sat down and he gave me a great offer. I had already figured what mom would end up with after commissions , inspections , low offers etc so with Doug it was the best decision! His company was so easy and professional to work with! The whole process was unbelievably quick ! He had asked me what date we would want to close and on that date we went to the title company and received the check! I cant say enough good things about this company! Btw... I knew that his offer was the best but I always see Andrew the home buyer always beats anyones offer... hmmm we will see... oh no not even close ... 75,000 less !! So I suggest Doug!
