Bryan negotiated fairly with me on the price, I went about $50 above my budget and seeing my car right now dropped off in perfect condition honestly makes me think I’d pay $100 more than my budget just to have another perfect car transport. They shipped my inoperable Honda Fit from Jersey to Chicago. The driver was properly equipped ready with a winch.

I needed my car picked up on 5/21 and delivered somewhere between 5/22-5/23. It was a pretty short distance but I needed everything to go along with that schedule. They acquired a driver that had knowledge about all vehicles, which was definitely the best and safest option.

After approximately 2+ weeks of little to no communication, no assurances & no action, I canceled with Road Runner Transport and hired Xpress Auto Transport. My goodness, where do I begin. Xpress Auto Transport is top notch, they literally saved my life. I traveled to the DMV with intentions to drive home to Boston, I became unwell & was unable to drive home. I researched, got quotes from several other companies until I spoke to Gregg at Xpress Auto Transport & his Customer Service sold me. He was patient, reassuring & guaranteed me that my car would be delivered & he came through. Never did he know that I’m a disabled individual who needed someone like him to put me at ease. They communicated well, and answered my multitude of questions…However, I wasn’t as impressed with the actual communication with the driver who actually hauled the car. There were a couple of delays from the stated pick up date, but when I called Xpress they assisted to make sure things were handled.

This was the most professional experience with a car hauler ever. We have transported several cars to many different states as we move households. This was by far the most challenging and required a true professional. The driver was absolutely the best I’ve ever seen.
