Mr Chauhan was the individual doing our home inspection and he did an amazing job. He arrived to the location early, was well prepared, and very professional. He did a detailed inspection and explained to us everything we should do for maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general advice for first time home buyers. I definitely recommend him for any home inspection services. I will be using 1st Inspection Services for any future home purchases

Harish was through, detailed and reasonable. He also explained how certain problems that he had identified, could be remedied, He was very responsive - even responded to my email at 10 at night. The best quality is that he is honest. He deducted from the bill the cost of services that he did not have to perform. I wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. Finally, his charges are reasonable.
