Bryan was sent to my home to replace 2 garage door openers. I have sold my home and wanted the new owners to have reliable openers. Not only was Bryan on time but he was personable, polite and knowledgeable. He programmed the new remotes and did a lovely maintenance check up on the door itself. She is as quiet as a mouse now! This is the third time I have used DGD and while they never disappoint, Bryan was by far the most impressive technician. Total rock star performance! Highly recommend.

The service tech was even early and sent text telling me when he would arrive. They did an excellent job and worked and cleaned up all packing materials and disposed of them. Enjoyed reading about the technician's credentials and family. Very pleasant young man. He is four star **** service tech.

I chose Dukes for a new garage door and everything about the process was handled in an efficient and professional manner. An issue with the length of the struts was resolved immediately and they walked me through the permitting process so that everything went smoothly. On top of that the price was more than reasonable.

I called mid-morning to schedule service and was told a Tech could come same day, in the afternoon. Once Mike was here he reviewed the situation and offered several options. We made our decisions and he went to work. Mike answered my multitude of questions as he worked. We love our quiet garage door !

door spring burst about 5pm, called DGD and they came that same night and fixed the problem plus installed 2 new motors, new tracks, remotes for car, garage and keypad. Could have just had the spring fixed, but for another reasonable cost we got all the above, so took it. George arrived at 8:40pm and left at a little after 11pm. Thank you George and DGD lady who assisted.
