Dont hesitate to use this company! I called for an estimate and someone came out the next day. Just 2 days after that, they had the permit and my garage door was installed! The guys did a great job fixing and upgrading my garage door. I called them out for what I thought was a faulty sensor on my automatic door. Turns out it was a crack in the supports. They re-braced the door installed new rollers and springs they really looked bad. Replaced my old chaimberlin motor with new Genie motor and chain. They did it quickly at a fair price and then set my new code and syncd the remotes and my vehicle to the new codes. Very pleased with the work and their promptness. They arrived on time did everything at one visit. I highly recommend.

DGD was recommended by my neighbor, who informed me that the main spring had completely broken. I promptly contacted them, and the initial contact was with the receptionist. She was attentive, supportive, and ensured that I was taken care of. I was put on hold for a few minutes, and when she returned, she informed me that a repair person would contact me with the time they would arrive at my house. Upon Dillon Trascher’s arrival, he inspected the garage door, provided me with three estimates, and commenced the repair process. I was highly impressed with this young man; he was professional, had a positive attitude, accurately identified the issue, and repaired the door efficiently. I commend DGD for hiring individuals of his caliber, as he was a refreshing change. I did not feel as though I was taken advantage of. I would definitely use DGD again and highly recommend their services. BTW The repair came with a 10 year warranty that was the greatest part of all.

We purchased the warranty from Spring Hill, FL office when they repaired our broken garage door. (tried to open door, but it was locked and I didn't know it even had a lock, previously purchased house.) It is it so nice not having to remember to call once a year for the door checkup. Each moving part was greased and door was checked to ensure it worked fine. The employee was thorough and answered all the questions to my satisfaction. He did a wonderful job as well as the office personnel calling to make the appt. Best company hands down!!
