Extremely speedy service. Less than 24 hours. Follow through on everything they said they would do and provide provided excellent communication during the process.

Service: October 20, 2026 Jimmy from DGD came to fix something left by the more-popular chain-competitor... The other company screwed up the springs on my garage door and Jimmy identified the loose screw which made the door "heavier". If this company stands by Jimmy's work ethic, I'd say they are honest and reliable. I know who to call next for service! The other company -they have a cheaper "29-point inspection for $30" but they'll try to force you into a $1,500 sale (but don't worry, they'll offer you a $500 discount) Be weary of any sales pitch from anyone.. So far DGD was not pushy, upfront and seemed to know what they're doing.. My garage door sounds perfect - thanks DGD!

Our service tech from DGD, Brakki, showed up on time and knocked out our problem quick. Couldn’t ask for better service from the office to the service tech. Highly recommended DGD if you issues with your current garage door or just want to update parts.

Broken spring on a Saturday afternoon, called, had repair done on Sunday, no extra charge for weekend repair.

Duke's Garage Door repair service is 5-star service! Amazing on their texting and phone customer care for ease of setting appointment and gaining information about their services. The spring broke on my garage door. My poor motorcycle was trapped inside. Dukes came out same day. Evaluated. And gave me several quotes with different prices. Explained each option throughly and the benefits of each one. I was upsold, just educated and I made the choice that was right for my needs. Wasn’t made to feel like my choice was wrong. Then they installed and fixed it right then and there. Superior service. That’s hard to come by anywhere these days.
