Excellent customer service including the person I initially spoke with on phone. Was able to service my garage door issue within hours of my call for an estimate and availability for repair. Joshua, the technician, was prompt and contacted me within half hour of arrival. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and finished the work within an hour.

Replaced a damaged garage door with Dukes Garage Door. Representative came out and provided good advice and recommended a replacement to suit our needs at a good price. Communication for scheduling the installation date was excellent and a very knowledgeable technician came out in a few days and installed in about 2 hours. We did not notice one of the panels was dented and called Dukes and they came out a second time with no questions asked and replaced the panel. Very personable throughout the process. They promptly scheduled the final inspection with the county and all is completed. Great transaction with a very good company. Could not ask for more. Good job Dukes !

We had issues with our garage door and was tired of manually operating it. We reached out to DGD and spoke with Alicia. She was very helpful and friendly. They had availability the same day! That never happens! That afternoon the tech Josh showed up and even sent a text before he came that was awesome. Josh was very good and fixed the problem. He also “tuned up” the whole door with recommendations on what we need to do in the future. It was a great experience and we highly recommended them for your garage door needs.

Nico B. was great..explained everything multiple times and made it easier for me to comprehend what the issue was and why. He is clearly very passionate about his job and has been doing it for a while. Good to see a company taking care of its employees and knowing who to invest time in to build a good business. The one thing that I would say is I was given a window of 12-3pm and at 2:45pm I had to call the office and ask where the tech was. She did reach out after finding out that he would be there no later than 3:30 but I shouldnt have to be calling to find things out. Being proactive would have been awesome. Isnt hard to have the receptionist call and say he is still on a job and is running late. Just some timely updates would make this business be better than it is doing already. Another minor thing that would be nice after spending the money I spent is having a way to clean up the grease stains left on the ceiling. You can see it in the picture included that I didnt notice till taking the picture just now. Minor nitpick and he did try his best plus its something I noticed after the fact. All that to say I would still highly recommend this business and the missing star is not reflective on the technician and his performance at all. New garage door is quite as a mouse.

Great experience! I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a technician out same-day. Bryan was an expert, thorough, pointed out the exact fix I needed and was able to service both my garage doors at a great price. The other guys wanted a service fee just to come out; DGD offers the visit for free. Garage doors are working again as designed. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
