The five stars go to Dr Migone who in my opinion is excellent. Zero stars to the front desk staff. This was the most unprofessional office I have ever encountered. The staff was not welcoming just matter of fact and more interested in discussing sandwich shops in lieu of welcoming a new patient. The staff was sitting around cell phones at the ready and absolutely no professionalism. The staff member that took me to the op where I was going to meet the doctor said next to nothing. Took my BP and asked if I had high BP. I told her no and asked what the reading was and she said 198/80. I asked her to take it again to get a correct reading and she ignored me and said there was something wrong with the machine. The visit with the doctor was everything I expected and I liked him. Upon leaving the op and heading toward check out to pick up scripts and check out I found that staff member more interested in singing the song on the radio so after she finished singing I was given my paperwork to leave. Where do you get these people? NO skills whatsoever! I was in awe at the unprofessional attitudes of the front desk staff. First impression was certainly not a good one!

I was excited and nervous when I went to Dr. Schrader for an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and a direct eyebrow lift for eyebrows that had become asymmetrical in appearance. Its been only 5 days and the results are amazing! Dr. Schrader is a skilled surgeon and her staff is outstanding. I am so grateful and highly recommend Schrader Plastic Surgery.

I had three appointments throughout this week with Penn Medicine Becker ENT. First was a follow-up, followed by a hearing test and ending the week with a telehealth video conference. Randi was very thorough explaining my situation and with setting up the testing and explaining the results thereafter during the teleconference. Saved me a 40 minute ride to the office. Very professional and understanding of my issues. Vivian has done hearing tests on me before and is very knowledgeable and professional during the procedure and explaining the results as always. PS-I got hearing aids from her last year and because of her it was a great experience.

I drive from Pa to see MD Lupa, he is wonderful, attentive, through and extremely knowledgeable, MD Lupa, he is genuinely concerned about my chronic sinus issues, from a failed sinus surgery, he goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain and is helping me towards correct treatment plan MD Lupa also has staff that are exceptional from the check in to check out. Polite, informative and never rushing even when busy.

I recently saw Dr. Robert Mignone at Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy for issues with a deviated septum, sleep apnea, and allergies. He was incredibly thorough, listened to all my concerns, and provided a clear, comprehensive plan—including surgical options if needed. I left feeling informed and optimistic. What made the visit even better was the efficient front office and the ability to complete all paperwork and provide my information in advance through the website/portal from home. I hate filling out redundant forms in the waiting room, and this online process made everything quicker, less stressful, and reduced my wait time significantly. This was my first visit to Penn Medicine Becker ENT. Following a complicated Rhinovirus infection my hearing was very limited in my left ear. The office staff was very helpful and got me into an exam room quickly. Deirdre Emrich, CRNP was engaged and attentive and listened patiently to my concerns and questioned me on my documented history. She did a thorough physical exam and discussed her conclusions and a plan going forward, as well as prescribed an inexpensive medication. After three days my symptoms resolved. I will follow up with her next week.
