Recently I visited Penn Medicine Becker ENT because two days before I had become deaf in my right ear. When I arrived at the clinic, all the formalities were handled very efficiently and after ten minutes I was seen by Randi Killian CRNP. She listened patiently to all my complaints, examined me thoroughly and determined that I didn’t have an infection, but rather damage to the auditory nerve. She prescribed me medication that worked properly, and after a few days I completely regained my hearing. I am very satisfied with the clinic’s services—thank you, Randi.

CRNP Deidra was very patient and thorough with all my issues and provided a good plan going forward to try and address my issues. Also the girl (bad with names sorry) who took me back for the pre-exam and helped me with the scheduling was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Happy holidays!

I went to seek help with my throat from a surgery. Dr. Silberthau was very warm and helpful. She listened me well, and helped me understand the potential issue. After shes done, she referred me to a speech pathologist for further help.
