I absolutely loved the guidance that Scott Goldwater provided on the 2023 Gentz Blue 911 with the awesome ivory interior. I didn’t end up buying it (preferred black) but I went off with incredible respect for the man and the dealership. My next car is coming from these guys!

I dealt with Michael and Donald and their customer service was excellent. The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish. They communicated quickly and honestly about the vehicle and the deal. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was a first class pickup experience. I highly recommend Porsche of Arlington!

Had a wonderful car buying experience. Timing was effortless. I usually don't like purchasing cars due to the timeframe. Usually, it takes all day and night to purchase a car, but this was nothing like that. If you're in the market for a car go by and see Mike. I purchased a Mercedes AMG 53. That thing is SWEET!!

Excellent used car buying experience. My sales advisor, Mike, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. For a specific mechanical concern, we pulled the car into the service bay and within minutes I had an answer from one of their Porsche Techs. Not bad, considering this was well after closing time on a Sunday evening. These guys are top notch.

It was a pleasure to work with Mike Chauca at Porsche of Arlington. He took extra time to send me pictures and video of the car since I was an out of state buyer. Once we argreed on a price I flew to Arlington where Mike picked me up at the airport. I test drove the car and completed the purchase within a few hours. Paperwork followed in a timely manner and Mike has been great about checking in to see if all is going well with the car. Highly reccommend!

These guys are always great! I’ve been coming here for years for service on my Cayenne and they always take care of me and get the job done in a timely manner. So s/o to the service team..on another note, i just recently purchased a 2020 Panamera 4S from the guys over at Porsche Arlington. My salesman Mike was the best ! The customer service he’s shown me is second to none ! He made sure my car came with all the specs I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied! I can’t say enough about how he took care of me. I would give this review 6 stars if i could! I appreciated his A1 customer service but more importantly, his care for my satisfaction . Michael Chauca was extremely, professional, knowledgeable and completely transparent when it came to giving me the details on selecting my 2020 Porsche. There was none of this back-and-forth or in unnecessary waiting that I have experienced at another local Porsche dealership that same week.

Professional service and excellent care … even if you don’t purchase a Porsche.

I visited the Porsche of Arlington dealership to see a vehicle on their lot. I was in the market to replace my car and after a lot of research - lucked up on an immaculately kept Infiniti that was traded in on a new Porsche. I contacted the dealership to check availability of the vehicle. My salesman Michael responded immediately and we made arrangements to visit the dealership. Michael and manager, Victor were patient (not pushy), knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. The team go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. So, if you are in the market for a new Porsche, or like me happen to find a good deal on another luxury vehicle that happens to be on their lot – don’t hesitate to visit them. They will treat you VERY well.

Purchased a used Cayman from Porsche Arlington. Mike was patient and friendly with us and understood our needs, making our purchase an amazing experience. Just purchased a new 911 from Porsche of Arlington.

The start of the visit was a bit rough with the first salesperson saying that "the sticker price is the price you pay and if this is too high, this is the wrong car for you. We do have other used car at a lower price".
A bit insulting because we never buy used cars and there is no reason for a salesperson from a high end car maker to act this way.

Luckily Mike stepped in and helped us. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Outstanding service from Mike and the General Manager.

This is our second purchase here and I would highly recommend this group (but ask for Mike).
