Dukes delivery of the door was in the exact time frame and has been a great upgrade. But the installer was awsome, he was hard working, self motivated, very professional. Duke's is lucky to have a great office staff,and field operators. Thanks again. By the way I never leave reviews , thats how good i was taken care of start to finish.

True....same day service without a hitch. I was kept informed in a timely manner on when DGD tech (John H.) would arrive. John was very professional, explained every step of the way what he would be doing. John actually found an issue that led me to have a new opener installed. I highly recommend Duke's Garage Doors.

Dillion arrived within the appointment scheduled time (on the earlier side) and performed an assessment. A courteous gentleman. He recommended a new spring and rollers, cable tightening, as well as a possible motor replacement. Financial constraints allowed me to only authorize the spring and rollers. Dillon was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. I asked him to also provide me an estimate for the cost of installing insulation. Received email quotes for the motor, insulation as well as my invoice. I feel the parts and service performed was competitively priced. My only minor negative was a lack of cleanup when the job was completed. I had to vacuum portions of the garage floor for fallen debris.
