We had our garage door replaced years ago by Dukes (formerly Discount Garage Doors) and have not had a single issue with it since. They come every year to oil, etc., to make sure everythings working properly. Each time they come, they send a bio of the technician so we know who will be arriving. This is a good company, very reliable, and reasonably priced. They wont try to sell you anything you dont need but will let you know when old parts are beginning to weaken so we will be prepared for the future (i.e., our motor is 15+ years old--still OK, though.) I recommend Dukes Garage Doors highly and without hesitation. Good job, guys!

I recently required service to my garage door. Raymond was my technician and the entire experience with him was top notch. He arrived within the scheduled time and explained what was going to happen with my estimate and the work they would complete if I chose to proceed. He gave me several options with pricing. There was no pressure and the price was fair. I completed the work and was very happy with the entire experience. DGD is always prompt. The service persons are polite and knowledgeable. I have had same service person the last 2 times I have had doors maintained. It is good to know the person is familiar with garage doors.

One of our spring broke on the double garage late Saturday night. Called on Sunday at 12 and they gave me a time frame of 1-4. At 12:30 Brakki was at the house and inspected the springs. He gave me a reasonable quote and I decided to have him replace both springs for this door, as well as the single car door as well while he was here as it was older than the one which failed. He finished both doors in just under an hour and a half. Quick service especially for a Sunday.

Jimmy made my day!!! Upon arrival, very Personable, very easy to communicate with, simply a very calm, efficient, timely, professional and insightful person. I found out about Duke’s Garage Doors through a Google search. They immediately got back to me after I filled out the online service request form. They were able to come out to our house just days after the request. They communicated with us the entire time leading up to the appointment. When John, the technician arrived, he went over everything that he was going to do during his visit. After he examined the garage door he went over his recommendations. The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy and stress free. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need which I really appreciated. We will definitely call upon DGD in the future!
