Bryan came out to fix our garage doors which were very loud, clunk & not closing. He was very thorough going over every detail as to why the garage doors were not working properly & our options to fix them. He worked diligently making sure he had not overlooked anything. He was professional and very efficient. We highly recommend using Duke’s Garage Doors for any problem you are experiencing with your garage doors.

Very pleased with the people and all portions of the garage door replacement, and 2/5 the price of the other major vendor. The only add-on I now wish I had discussed was adding reflective tinting to reduce people's ability to look inside the garage.

Had a very unexpected emergency when my garage door's mounting pulled through the ceiling of my garage as I tried to open it. It was after 4 PM and DGD sent a tech by 7 the same evening. Josh was wonderful, was able to mount the door anchors properly into cement, and ensured it was working before leaving 3 hours later (yes, after 10 PM!). The next day I had some difficulty opening it again, but Josh was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. I can't say enough good things about the service and response time!!!
