Getting this screen door for my garage was an awesome decision. Had a roll up motorized one for 15 years but decided to go manual. I was skeptical at first. I watched Mike Steve and Kurt through the whole process. As they began assembling it my mind was quickly put at ease. Truly courteous and knowledgeable professionals. They definitely put my needs first. It was refreshing to be able to speak with throughout the process. Mike explained about the use & warranty of my door. He left nothing out. I didnt realize the last time I needed was in 2016 at that time I was very satisfied with their service. Today I needed a lot and knew DGD was the right choice. Again I was very pleasd with Bryan who dx my garage opener and told me what was wrong. I knew it had to be done I am so happy with his knowledge and explained everything for this 90 year old woman. Dillan was very friendly and helpful. He gave us an estimate for a new door as well as just for changing the belt. He was very careful around a car that wouldnt start so we couldnt back it out.

Good experience. Sales person came quickly, didnt push for a sale or for my SSN for financing too quickly and answered all my questions. Install mostly went well. Noticed a dent in one panel later that day but they replaced the panel without issues. Really good communication. The office staff is very fast to respond via text (or phone).

I had a great experience with Dukes Garage Doors. My Service Technician was Aaron E. from the Jacksonville location. He was very knowledgeable & informative. I initially requested a Tune Up for my Garage Doors & Openers however he explained that I my Door Springs were in need of replacement and thru our conversation I decided to have that done along with replacing my aging Garage Door Openers and Dukes gave me a very good price to go ahead and have Aaron do the work. Dukes is a Very good Company and they kept me informed of when Aaron was going to arrive for my service appointment.
