I love this company. I went to put out the trash this morning. Opened my garage door and it would not close! I immediately called DGD of Lady lake and they set me up with an appoinment this afternoon. Jimmy came..he was awesome. Our door parts were very old, we knew that. So we got a new opener..new wheels and springs! Our door is so much quieter! We have remotes that work! Ours were iffy before! We have a keypad and Jimmy went the extra mile and set my Kona to be able to open the door! What amazing service! Jimmy was quick and very professional! I can't say enough nice things about this company and Jimmy!!

Our garage door quit working on a Sunday morning. I learned this about 5 AM. I called the company. Their artificial intelligence was so Smart took all my information and they texted me 20 minutes after they opened. They came almost immediately and fixed my garage door at a very reasonable charge. I would definitely use this company again. Matthew, the technician was very informative and got to work quickly and fix our garage door within the hour.

The quality of the work done was outstanding. However, I was disappointed that it cost as much as it did. Looking at it realistically, with the finished results and the length of time it took the technician, I have come to accept the cost.

Very polite and professional did my yearly maintenance and as I’m getting older, he brought up to me about a battery back up on my garage door opener and I did get it. He installed it in a very short period of time and at a good price thank you so much

I am so glad my friend referred me to DGD. The technician Josiah was professional and explained step by step what he would need to do to repair my garage door. He repaired my garage door and I’m happy to say my door is like brand new. It is functioning correctly and is so quiet compared to what it used to be. The price is also reasonable and the work was completed same day as consultation. I definitely will be referring my family and friends to DGD for their garage services. Thanks again!

Daniel was a wonderful tech. Very knowledgeable and mannerable. Explained what was wrong and the solution. Was screwed over by G&G garage door Jacksonville. So please don't even call them. Same problem they won't answer the phone after 4 or 5 calls. They supposedly fixed it. Guess they blocked me. I recommend duke and daniel for your future garage door needs!

Moises was sent out to fix our garage door that had its cable snap due to all the corrosion from being across from the beach. When I called to see about making a appointment the rep on the phone said we can have someone their in a couple of hours which was great especially on a holiday weekend. Moises arrived earlier than expected which was another great thing and he explained everything perfectly. He was at our home late until 9pm or so and had everything cleaned up and working like it was brand new and best of all the garage door was so quite. Great customer service and we would totally refer Duke's garage door services again. Thank again Moises for staying so late.
