Scheduling the annual maintenance check was a breeze. The technician, Joel, arrived early, which was a pleasant surprise. After a complete exam of the motor, he made excellent recommendations for avoiding future weather related damage (a lightning strike took out the motor last year). Overall, the entire process was handled with professionalism and friendliness.

Great communication with the scheduler, texts on arrival time and info about service technician. Daniel gave options about how much replacement to do (door was OLD!). Did a great job, all was clean and he was a pleasure to work with. Happy with this company.

Brian was very professional and courteous. There was no pressure; he laid our three options and we chose the one that worked for us.

Had a garage door spring break. Dukes got a tech out to us within a couple of hours and less than an hour later we had new springs and a new bearing. The tech, Brian, also balanced and lubed the door and moving parts and recalibrated the motor. Couldn’t be happier with it.

George Hix, my tech, was on time and went to work immediately. It was difficult to identify the problem, but he did.
