I had an emergency last minute garage door malfunction at 745pm on a friday night. I had to be at work the next morning at 6am and my car was stuck in the garage. I called DGD and the lady on the phone was so nice and immediately got me a tech (Josiah) to come out and evaluate my door. He arrived promptly and was so kind and professional. He had my door in working order in no time! Also I was so concerned it was going to be super pricey being it last minute late on a friday and it was not! It was super affordable! I highly recommend their service and will be using them in the future for all my garage door needs.

Josiah was our technician. When he showed up. He asked a few questions, and then started analyzing what may be the situation with our opener itself. He ran some initial tests, explaining what he was doing along the way. Josiah looked over the out come of these hands on testing results. And made the determination, that the problem was most likely the circuit board inside our old school (2001) Sears Craftsman 1/2 horsepower opener. He gave us many options as to possible repair, and as far as replacement. Josiah gave us a good , better, best for replacement pricing, let us know all the payment options, and warranties that went along with repair or replace. We decided to go with replacement. Josiah explained (in detail), everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable with all the products, and parts that would be replaced, along with the new garage door opener as well. After we made our choice, Josiah went right to work. No break, no bathroom break, no lunch (we offered this to him many times while he was here). But Josiah just pushed trough flawlessly from start to finish. After completion. Josiah walked us through the entire new system, and how everything works. Josiah is VERY detailed, and a fast efficient technician. What we really enjoyed was Josiah did not try and rush our decision. ( I mean, when he showed up, we explained to him that we were in the process of getting a few estimates) and then we would make our decision on what company to go with. We only had 1 estimate prior to Josiah showing up. And we had 2 more estimates scheduled with other garage door companies after Josiahs estimate. Needless to say, we canceled the last 2 garage door estimates. And went with Duke and Josiah. Something else we noticed about Josiahs work ethic was, he did the job like he was actually working on his own home. Which to us, just speaks volumes to his character. We hope his other technicians, along with management, and owner of Duke Garage Doors, sees this review. And gives Josiah a much deserved company award of some sort. We know you probably pay him well. Since hes been with your company now for awhile. But sometimes its just not all about the money. Its pride and satisfaction by the employee, which in turn resonates to the customer. Going forward, we will certainly recommend Duke Garage Doors to our family, friends, and neighbors. And to Josiah. Job well done sir. We do certainly appreciate you. Respectfully B. James

Outstanding experience from start to finish! One of our garage door motors went out on a Saturday afternoon and Dukes was on the scene by early afternoon Sunday. Our technician, Brakki, actually got to us earlier than originally scheduled and was a pleasure to work with. He carefully explained all our options and seemed very knowledgeable about the products offered. Communication was excellent, with Dukes keeping us posted every step of the way prior to Brakkis arrival. We also feel that the price for the new motor was extremely reasonable. This is a company that seems to be doing everything right and I am happy to recommend them.

Same day service! I called at 12:45 and Bryon I was there by 4. He explained the repair and cost before beginning the job. He even reprogrammed two garage door openers. Bryon I was patient and answered all of our questions. Good technician and company!
